Staff was great, everything worked perfectly, from the gym to the pool (even if it rained a bit). Loved the breakfast (fresh fruit, not just sugar stuff) and the evening kickbacks with free drinks and bites. Big plus for the parking garage. Just a great experience overall.

Soo I started  reservation of a room with a travel agency at the Drury Inn and Suites in San Antonio.  The next day after confirming San Antonio, I logged in and completed what I thought was reservation of the room I originally started. Upon arrival, we met your awesome security guy, sorry can't remember his name and after we went inside and checked in. I sent my family to the room to get comfortable while I parked my truck. Upon arrival to the room I found my beautiful wife sitting in a chair inside the room with the curtains opened looking out the window. And I explained, baby we have a balcony and asked why are you inside looking out side. She showed me that we have no balcony. So in a  bit of despair, I looked at the room reservation and it did not Include a balcony. I immediately went to the front desk ad explained how much my wife loves to take pictures and being outdoors and somehow the room/ reservation changed and I did not verify and asked how much to upgrade to a room with a balcony. I felt so bad whatching my wife just looking out a window. Alexis! I hope I spelled her name right listened to me and understood the delima I was in, took a look and said I can get your family in the room you thought you were getting initially at no extra charge. I was blown away. I don't know how you found her and or Renea your assistant GM. All your staff is amazing including your cook. He watched attentively over the food out your kick back 5:30 to 7 pm.  Thank you Alexis and everyone keep it up. My family and I will only stay at Drury Inn and Suites in San Antonio tx if you continue to employee the type of amazing folks we met today!!! Thank you,  Rodney Ketner

A flat-screen TV is included in each room at the Drury Inn and Suites Amarillo. The evening food and free drinks were spot on as always with Drury. Additionally, the full breakfast was once again well done with a pretty decent variety of choices.

San Antonio Heritage Inn & Suites offers 24-hour access to its business and fitness centres. An outdoor swimming pool and a guest laundrette are also located on site. Heritage Inn & Suites serves beer, wine and soda in the lobby every evening as well as popcorn and soft drinks throughout the day. I have to say the stay with my family at Pear Tree Inn was absolutely amazing. The staff was great They greeted you as soon as you entered. The service to get checked in quickly was great. The greeter provided a lot of extra information letting us know some cool stuff the hotel did at certain times. One was letting us know that for adults 21 and over there was a kick back hour from 5-7 during this time adults can have a limit of three complimentary drinks whine or beer till 7 also a complimentary snack bar with chips, pretzels, salsa, popcorn, nacho cheese, jalapenos. There was also a fountain machine with soda, a coffee bar that was complimentary and was open till 9pm. That was awesome! The best of all was breakfast I love breakfast so when I looked for a hotel I looked for something with good reviews on their complimentary breakfast. It was buffet style with eggs, potatoes, sausage, biscuits, gravy, cereal, bagels, toast, muffins, waffles, and a juice machine with apple and orange juice. The pool was nice a bit too much chlorine the day we went but it was still nice to swim especially with the hot humid weather. Also the front seat brought our room items we needed very quickly when we called and it took less than five minutes. Great job Pear Tree Inn. Keep up the great work
