Lovely Erica at reception. Voldy at the pool always had a smile- extra towels, sunscreen. Tennis court has pickleball lines too. In pristine condition. Easy sign up sheet. Change over/ room care teams are thorough and efficient. With crisp white cotton sheets. Pillows are soft. Ice machine working well. Grounds beautifully maintained. Lovely new logos and stickers - little touches do matter. Just look at how many guests are repeat customers - that says it all.

This Montauk motel is opposite the beach, and boat rentals are available a mile away at Fort Pond. The Hither Hills State Park is located 3 miles from the property. Spotless, large apartment with full kitchen. Right across the road from the stunning beach and a short walk into the town. Good value for money for the location. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area.

The location is awesome right next door to the best coffee shop and then Goldbergs the best deli ever so honestly you can go wrong with this place. Because it was off season and cold wether the price of the property reflected that
