Everything. I have never stayed in a resort that was so in tune with guest needs and providing exceptional service in all aspects of their work. I would recommend anyone to stay, as we fully intend to return one day. Our room was magnificent, the food was delicious, the spa was amazing, and the activities were so much fun.

We were not sure what to expect, but, the experience was much better than our highest guess. First the tent was spacious, very clean, and just very cool. The staff was awesome. We had interactions with Ihtesham (transportation), Rashid (site manager), Amr (tour guide), Marvan (room service) and few others I can't remember the names of. They were all great. Responsive, polite, fun, and all around wonderful. I have to also mention the gentleman in charge if tea nd coffe made over charcoal, who was from Yemen. He was also very friendly eventhough he worked from 4 AM to midnight straight. We are very happy with this experience and if you are visiting Dubai you should give this camp a try. It's just a different experience comparing to typical Dubai experience. They offer one day tours too and they are great by I highly recommend staying one night to experience the night at the desert. Also the food was great, activities were fun and everything organized and clean. Did I mention the great staff!? Thank you team at the Alkheimah Camp. P. S. It was clean. It had toiletries and enough towels. It was homely. The rooms were spacious. WiFi was excellent.
