The service. Modern and clean rooms as compared with closeby disappointing hotels. We changed after one day at another hotel and what a pleasant change it was! Service, staff and the excellent shuttle service were all reasons for the impeccable rating that is well deserved. The incredible view was a bonus.

They did fresh renovations at this hotel. Everything was nice! The breakfast was excellent! Room was clean! The highlight of the stay was swimming pool, 40 metres long! It was perfect for my kids before their competitions! They provide free shuttle bus to the malls and beach!

Most importantly they arranged an early check in for me at 9.am. Breakfast was outstanding, staff helpful in every aspect. I am coming to Dubai around three times a year and will certainly give preference to Tower Plaza in the future.

The location is great, hotel is integrated into the city so there's plenty of space to walk around, and by car it's also near to everything. Staff, facilities, breakfast and lunch - all great.
