Staff are amazing. The location is perfect. The rooms are lovely and very clean

The personnel was great; all of them. Very kind and helpful. The breakfast was superbe and some pastries changed from day to day, which we appreciated. We wholeheartedly recommend staying at this hotel.

Superb location downtown with parking

The view from the window was just perfect, really good food at the restaurant and the whale watching trip provided by the hotel was all we needed.

The Paradise is a very nice hotel and it also has a good restaurant. The staff is freindly. We checked in late due to flight delays, but the hotel staff kindly offered us dinner, although the restaurant was already closed. Nicolas arranged all the transfers and excursions for us, everything went great with no worries and delays! The room is very nice too with a large bed and a comfortable mattress. This place and especially people make you feel warm and cozy. Thank you very much!

Cracking hotel in the heart of town. Lovely breakfast and a travel agents next door. Checked in at 4am and staff were very accommodating.

This hotel is on the outskirts of Puerto Madryn but close to the beach and the room had wonderful views over the gulf. The breakfast options are very good and we enjoyed dinner there a couple of times. Loved design of the hotel and the spacious lounge area was well appointed.

Tyrė stuff was very nice and helpful all the time, they even let me in before the oficial time to check in as I arrived much earlyer. The hostel iš just on the coast ir the sea.

Great hostel. The beds are comfortable and they all have a curtain for privacy. There are lockers in the room. The kitchen is well equipped and clean. The bathrooms are clean. Great value for money.

We arrived mid morning after a long bus trip from bariloche. On arrival, staff greeted us and, realised we didn't speak Spanish, conversed in english which was so lovely. Our room was available even though it was before normal check-in time. It's such a lovely hotel right on the waterfront and close to bars, restaurants, super markets etc. Breakfast was plentiful and a good range. We had some problems with credit cards being blocked for some strange reason. This is where the staff really made a huge impact on us. They went out of their way to help us through a very stressful situation. This is not a 5 stay hotel but is one of the nicest we have experienced in Argentina. Thoroughly reckommended

Excellent location on the beach near shops and restaurants

Staff were always on hand on whatsapp to answer any questions. Very friendly. The location was good. The view was amazing. It had lots of connection points to charge phones etc. The balcony was great. Comfortable bed in a spacious room.
