The location is amazing, the staff is always friendly, everything is clean and comfy. You can enter the hotel and stay there using the installations without worrying about the food since the restaurant is very good and for the middle hours there are snacks and drinks in the pool bar. So there is just pure relaxation there. Totally recommend it.

Beautifully designed and well run. The place is just so nice. We have been there with the family for one night (in the hostel) and just loved it. What we loved the most was the shared dining room with a cosy corner to read, talk or play

We liked our room, it felt like a little cabin and it was very comfortable and clean. The common area outside is beautiful and very relaxing. The breakfast area has amazing views. And it's located close to amazing restaurants.

Nice little town with friendly people.

Nice little town with friendly people. The stallholders in the market don't hassle you. I changed some money at the changers on the square and the young guy was super friendly - I recommend them. The ruins themselves were a disappointment in that the restoration was not done in the style of the original (there's a sign to that effect) but it's still worth going for the views which are stunning

A cosy place, nicer than we expected.

A cosy place, nicer than we expected. We'd have loved to stay longer. We can recommend the milanesa from llama or grilled pancakes filled with ham and cheese. The craft market in the main square is very touristy and commercial but still worth visiting. Take a few minutes to visit the church, it's from the 17th century and has a truly historic feel.

Charming little town, focused on giving tourists a comfortable stay. There are so many attractions nearby, one could easily spend a few days. I absolutely liked hiking the Three Sisters canyon and driving to the viewpoint admiring the stunning Hornocal mountain formation, also known as the 14 colors mountain - I didn’t count, but view was indeed impressive.

This location was perfect for us.

This location was perfect for us. It was easy to get to/from other towns that had more restaurants and activities. The views are spectacular and the town is quiet and sleepy. I would recommend visiting the Heladeria de la Quebrada, it was the best ice cream we had in the area. Other great activities, Quebrada de La Senorita, Serrania Hornocal, Salinas Grandes, shopping in Purmamarca. The cons to our stay, the floor in the cabin was really cold in the time we were there, so bring slippers or warm socks. The other thing that would be a good add for this cabin, would be a nice sitting area outside, so that you can enjoy the views of the mountains in the afternoon and the sky at night, where you can see the Milky Way and endless stars.

Cute little town in the Quebrada, good to ecplore Pucara, interesting archeological site with excellent guides. Nearby Purmamarca has great views of 7-coloured hill and pretty decent craft shopping. We akso enjoued the solar train (beware od scams, make sure it is the official site when buying tuckets) Obe-time only visit not really worth a long stay nor revisits

The best place to be based when going around the Quebrada if you go in January. Lovely restaurants and shops, quiet, not so busy. Comparing with Purmamarca and Humahuaca is the place to be based. We didn't have a car and instead, we booked excursions every day. I'd recommend doing that. Going with a car might be useless for some excursions where you need a 4WD or a local who knows the tricky gravel roads very well.

It is not a posh / polished town. However, people very friendly, good places to eat and after cities it feel genuine Argentine. (All be it touristy). Surrounding area is potentially the most stunning I have ever seen. Best if a confident driver.
