For the value/money is great. It's exactly in front of Bus Terminal. Arround 20 minutes by taxi from airport and arround 45 minutes by walk to National Monument. Breakfast was just Tea, coffee and croissants. But it was good. Room has been nothing special, but you have there everything what you need. There is amazing Hotel for short stay.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Alvear very much. My room was spacious, quiet and clean. The Wi-Fi was good, and - very important - the air conditioning was working well. Also the bathroom was spacious, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food and drinks.

Great, friendly staff. Very large room with extremely large and comfortable bed. Stylish bedding, good storage, excellent bathroom facilities. Terrific and very plentiful breakfast. Parking on site with attendant.

It is a beautiful city here people is very friendly, with spectacular Parana River , perfect place to walk around, the ice-cream in that city is one of the best I ever tried, the restaurant and bar are excellent! I have a wonderful time in that city.

The archetype of the Argentinean 20's 50's middle class, Rosario has many samples of elegant architecture. Walk it up and down, from the river to the boulevards, keeping your eyes up to see beautiful old buildings. Or if you prefer to saunter or jog along the Paraná River, you have miles to go admiring the occasional red flowered ceibos, blue flowered jacarandás, the Palo Borrachos, and the brown, persistent river. There are plenty of restaurants catering to European tastes. Cafés in every corner. Getting around is easy, mostly on foot, but also by taxi, bus. Although I was warned about security, I did not find any problem
