Newly renovated, opened in July. Location was lovely. Directly on the water with walking trails, marinas, wildlife and a beautiful bathhouse. The front desk staff was warm, exceptional thoughtful and helpful. Parking was close and easy. Rooms were modern, clean, filled with light, and comfortable. The best pillow of our travels in Europe. Breakfast options were abundant and delicious. Try a hot chocolate or elderflower juice and enjoy your stay!

We enjoyed the morning walk with family on the walking paths behind the hotel.

They went above and beyond what was expected. The facilities were amazing and we really felt like we were pampered and well taken care of. The massage and the facial were tops. The sauna was perfect with its own shower. The room was very well fitted with separate shower, bath, and WC. The bed was luxurious and the balcony had a great view. We will make every effort to come back.

This is a great place! Beautiful location, and the staff takes excellent care of it. Clean modern rooms with nice views. The restaurant offers several options for dinner and all of excellent taste. Local products are used. Great advice from the sommeliere for Austrian wines. Excellent breakfast. Huge spa area, swimming pool and garden. Hiking, biking, sightseeing - lots of options nearby. Staff is polite, friendly and well-trained.

Everything was perfect. The room and bathroom were spotless, The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, fresh bread and cold cuts, as well as the usual bacon, eggs etc. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially the waitress who looked after us in the evening when we had drinks. Had we known the restaurant was so good, we would have had dinner there rather than going into town. A bonus was the free covered parking, and this is very worthwhile being so close to the city centre.

When we arrived with our motorcycles, we were soaking wet because it had been raining all day. The staff nevertheless was very friendly. The receptionist immediately booked a table at a nearby restaurant of our choice. Besides that, the room has a very long 'stick' to which you can hang your gear to dry.
