Amazing place, incredible location and super friendly, helpful staff. Carolyn was exceptional and went out of her way to help with anything and everything making my stay very special. The dinner was the best I ever had and the restaurant is super fancy. And the cookies in my room were to die for :)

I enjoyed my stay a lot. Thredbo is a nice mountain village, and the hotel is just in the centre of it and very close to the Kosciuszko chairlift. It is possible to opt out of room service to get some credit that can be spent, for example, in a nearby bakery for a good breakfast.

It's a great value for money, 30min by car from jindabyne. The communication with the host was excellent from the beginning and the checking process flawless. Instructions were very clear and the place itself is lovely. There's everything you need and more. Extremely clean, well equipped and warm, which is very important after the whole day on the slope. Thank you very much for a wonderful getaway.

we love the location although since its not yet peak season the ski lifts in smiggins holes are still closed so. we have to go to perisher. The staff are very friendly especially Jasper in the reception. He is so accommodating and help us alot with our inquiries. Our daughters love the kids club so much, too bad the other cool activities are scheduled on a weekday. This is indeed family friendly hotel and we will definitely come back

We caught the train to Canberra then a coach link to Cooma. We got off the bus and were so happy to see the town of Cooma. There was plenty of shops and cafes as well as within walking distance from the Motel. We were going there to visit the snowy mountains and had made reservations for the Cooma coaches to transport us to the snow slopes each day. That was easy! On a budget the whole trip was so enjoyable and I cant wait to do it all again!

The area is special as in winter you cannot get there by car. In summer it offers amazing vistas of the valley from the walk up to nearby mountain at sunset and if you are up to that, in the morning at sunrise :) Spot is so close to the main junction of great walks crossing the Snowy River. We will be back to the area to do a treck between Charlotte pass to Guthega soon.

With less certainty of favourable weather conditions and some lifts not operating towards the end of the season, the price of lift tickets should reflect the percentage of lifts operating for example 100% lifts operating you pay 100% of the price, if only 80% of the lifts are operating then you pay 80% of the price.

We stayed near Adaminaby because it was close to Mt Selwyn. Poor snow conditions meant we had to drive 2hrs to Corin Forest or Theresbo. Cooma would have been a better choice as more central to snow fields.

Our stay was absolutely amazing!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! At first, I was a bit concerned about the indoor temperature — we're from Queensland, and single-storey homes can be quite chilly in winter. But to our surprise, the house was beautifully warm and cozy inside. The interior was modern and stylish, and the views from the windows were incredible — we spotted kangaroos, rabbits, sheep, and even caught a glimpse of a fox hunting a rabbit! The location was also ideal — just 10 minutes to Woolworths and about an hour to the snow resorts. Although the accommodation is rated three stars, I honestly don't agree with that. To me, it was a solid five-star experience, no less!
