The location is good. Clean room. Amazing shower. The bed is a little springy/bouncy (clean and fresh sheets). The view from the balcony is good. You may try the gym and sauna.

New hotel in Pelotas. It was amazing experience.

For just one night, our room was small, compact, and warm and had all we needed. If it were for longer, maybe we'd feel differently. The restaurant had amasing food. The staff was friendly. The shower pressure and temperature were perfect. We chose it because we were on our way elsewhere and didn't want to detour too far away. This place was ideal.

The multi-lingual staff. Staff were very helpful in accommodating our bicycled. The dining after 7pm and the fabulous array of choices for breakfast. The smell of the towels, the daily cleaning, the location across from a park and near the wharf. The bed was comfy, it has a fridge. There's a jug and area to make a hot drink behind reception. There's a large area with tables and chairs to do your work.

You can tell it is run by germans. High standard. Room full equipped. Very clean.

The Hotel is good, The price a bit expensive for what they offered. The Breakfast eas really good and staff weres super friendly and helpfull. The extra bed on the triplo room is terrible, and NOT confortable at all

Good furniture and layout, quick reaction of hot water, excellent internal restaurant and thoughtful service, with lending us four wine glass for free.

Staff were kind and helpful with helping me park the car.

Hotel Westphal had the best price-quality ratio among all the hotels I stayed in my life and on top of it the staff was very friendly and helpful :)

The location was excellent, parked our car right outside. It faces a plaza and they were setting up a concert of something so might be noisy on other nights but we had no problems that night. Spacious rooms, but no triples so we booked two rooms for our party of three. Great hotel especially for a border town! Restaurant had great steak!

Breakfast was not good, People attending in Cafeteria were not attentive.

I had a very nice stay. The hotel is very clean, and over all very quiet. The staff on the front desk is very pleasant as well. Also, I guess it’s worth to mention that I have booked last minute and I did not have any problems checking in same day.

Very convenient place to stop on route through Brazil. Close to the motorway, very secure parking, indoors with 24hr security guard. Very clean, good breakfast.
