We love staying at CTC Hotel. It has an excellent location, and the swipe card system for making purchases within the premises is a real highlight for us. We also really appreciate how close the pools are to the hotel rooms, as well as the easy access to coconut water and açaí.
A special mention goes to the massage therapist, Eliabe—she is fantastic. We always book at least two sessions during our stay because she is just that good.
Overall, we really enjoy our stays and would happily return.

The resort has a lot to offer especially for a bit longer stay. It is the right place for a family trip with kids. The surroundings were peaceful and enjoyable. For those who like swimming or laying by the water pool, it is recommended. The food was a bit pricy but it was tasty.

Caldas Novas is truly the city that never sleeps.
Caldas Novas is truly the city that never sleeps. There is something to do 24 hours a day like shopping, eating, drinking, dancing, watching shows and street performers. It is one of the livest places I have been too and I have been all over the world.

Goiania is a good place for Europeans (and others as well, but Im looking at it as an European) to visit; perhaps thats why they have gone there to live for centuries. Warm but not too hot, much to see, much safer than Sao Paulo or Rio.

I have been a few times.
I have been a few times. The city per se is not special, but the old downtown is ok. Colonial style with good restaurants. I would rather go there for the waterfalls close by. So this is a kind of tracking trip.

Rio Quente is small so you can walk around the village...
Rio Quente is small so you can walk around the village centre where there are many eating options, pharmacy, shops and mini-markets. A small stretch of road has been pedestrianised, where on Tuesdays and Thursdays an evening gourmet food market takes place. Access to the Hot Park complex is within walking distance.

Chapadas dos Veadeiros national park with fantastic landscapes, trails, waterfalls and cool ponds. São Jorge is a charming tourist village with good restaurants and boutiques for the hipster consumer.

The city is very calm and small, so it is easy to walk...
The city is very calm and small, so it is easy to walk around. but all natural hot water sources became a water park full of slides and swimming pools. If you have kids, maybe it is great. But if you are trying to find a place to chill, enjoy nature and have a relaxing moment, none of the water park offers that.

Goiania is a pleasant city, with nice restaurants and bars, a positive vibe, easy to get around using Uber. Traffic is not much of an issue either. Buses are also convenient to get around. The Zoo is quite nice and very inexpensive. People are very friendly. Not many, if any, foreign tourists.
There are also many buses to get to other cities in Brazil. These buses tend to be reliable and comfortable.

Eating in the center of town at night was fun. The only complaint I have is the street dogs that enter the space at night when eating. Or the dogs bark in the corridor and it can be irritating while eating.

Alto Paraiso is one of the wonders of vthe natural world.
Alto Paraiso is one of the wonders of vthe natural world. An easy 3 hour drive from Brasilia, It is the gateway to the Chapada Dos Veiadeiros National Park. The variety of trails and waterfalls is dizzying. The locals claim to regularly see alien craft whizzing through the sky here and the Green Alien is the symbol of the town.
The locals are super friendly and helpful. People who live here seem to really love the life they have here
