Hi, I have just arrived back in Ireland 🇮🇪 after 3 weeks in Brazil. And I just wanted to share my experience, and to thank your front of house team for their incredible service. My husband who is from Palmas originally and I, stayed 3 times on our 3 week vacation at Hotel Eduardus, On arrival in palmas, after Jalapão etc. The front of house team were incredibly friendly, and also super helpful. My bookings were based around different occasions our wedding, honeymoon etc. And I had made a mistake on one booking, but the staff helped resolve the issue straight away. One morning we were leaving early for Jalapão and a staff member made sure we got our breakfast before we left ( as it was included, but we needed to leave just before breakfast time) And on another occasion, we landed back in Palmas at 2am the same staff member helped us to check in early. Unfortunately i don't remember their names, but the front of house team in general. 🙏 Thank you so much 🇮🇪✈️🇧🇷

We stayed very briefly at this hotel for one night before heading off before sunrise the next day, so we didn't have breakfast there. The hotel had a nice open-air atrium that looked well maintained and nicely decorated. The room itself looked basic but did the job we needed it to as a place to sleep. The air con worked well enough to make the room livable but didn't cool the room as much as we might have liked. The check-in was fast and easy despite it being quite busy when we arrived. The cost of the room seemed very cheap to us so we were happy with the service we received for what we paid.
