Staff super helpful and responsive! Loved taking out the complimentary bikes, paddleboard and canoe for spins around town and water exploring. Breakfast on rooftop was an amazing way to start the day, and sunset views at night on dock were the best way to start an evening of fun or relaxation. Would book this property again!

Christine & Gricela made my stay completely unforgettable. They know perfectly how to treat their guests. I only have good words for them: they advise me with the transportation before reaching the hotel, they help me to book several snorkeling activities (not easy being just one person) and much more small details (local spots, room upgrade, beach towel provided, complimentary water...). Always with a smile in their faces, and leaving whatever they were doing to attend me. I felt like being a home, treated as a king

We stayed here for two nights and had a very comfortable experience. The room was spacious with a very large bed, and disposable slippers were provided, which was a nice touch. Overall cleanliness was very good, and after the first night, the staff even helped tidy up the room and sprayed some air freshener since it felt a bit stuffy — we really appreciated that attention to detail. A special thank you to Melody at the front desk, who was incredibly kind and helpful. She assisted us with booking a fishing trip, which turned out to be a great experience, and when we checked out, she even drove us to the dock in her own golf cart. Overall, a very pleasant stay with thoughtful service and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Caye Caulker was one of our favorite stops in Belize — a laid-back, super walkable island with tons to do (great food, snorkeling tours, swimming spots, and sunsets) without the hustle and crowds of the larger island of San Pedro. The locals were very friendly, and the whole island felt very safe for our family to walk around and explore. One of the coolest surprises was at Iguana Beach, where stingrays swim right up to you in the shallow water — unreal. It’s the perfect mix of relaxed and fun, and we’d absolutely come back.

San pedro is full of friendly people and lots of little shops and restaurants. Lots of things to do. We had an amazing snorkel/fishing guide called Captain white boy with Under da Sea adventures. Do the all day Caye Caulker trip from San Pedro with him It was amazing! High season is very busy on the streets with too many golf carts. Also be sure to check if the sargasso seaweed is there or not as there are times it's so bad you can't walk into the ocean.

We spent most of our time in San Pedro, very chill, bohemian vibe. Lots of nooks and places to discover. Great food, loved the golf cart mode of transport. I expected cleaner waters, even at Secret Beach known as the top, but I'm spoiled after the beaches in Cuba. I would strongly recommend staying at a place with a pool for those travelling with children. Aside from some local eateries, we found everything pricey.

Fabulous, outstanding house outside Crooked Tree. The hosts treated us like family. Incredibly beautiful house, with lots of opportunities to explore the beautiful grounds (great bird watching, including from the upstairs patio). There is even a small pool, which the kids loved. Breakfast is wonderful. Everything was amazing. As always, it's about the people and the hosts could not have been friendlier, more welcoming or kinder.

We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay at Belize Resort and Spa! My husband and I came Labor Day weekend for a baby moon trip. To begin, Melanie was a sweetheart! She answered all of my questions quickly and helped us arrange everything we wanted to do, including airport transportation, local shopping, and the spa. The food was DELICIOUS and the plates had large portions. We even got to bring our dessert back to our room to relax and enjoy. The only other thing we wished we could have done was a tour or two, however being late into my pregnancy, this trip was more for relaxation. We enjoyed the couples mud massage which was relaxing and unique. We have so many pictures from our spa day. The pool was relaxing and made for a great backdrop for pictures as well. The room was clean and gave us an authentic feel during our stay in Belize. We will definitely visit again, making room to enjoy the tours next go around. Travel Tip: Don’t forget your bug spray! It is a jungle resort and the mosquitoes are merciless without it.

Caye Caulker is an amazing place to experience the 'Go Slow' way of life! We enjoyed 4 nights there with our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teen boys), went spearfishing, swam with nurse sharks and sting rays, fed tarpon, waded with sting rays, hung out at The Split, and enjoyed amazing Belizean food all over the island. You can sleep in and go to bed early, and still not miss a thing. :)

Loved everything!!!

Loved everything!!! The food the people, the golf carts, the slow pace!!! Make sure and take the mini plane instead of the hour and a half ferry ride. Or one a one way of both to experience it. Favorite spots: Fried Jack House, Estelle's by the sea, Caramba, Organics Belize makes the best cookies! She is supper sweet and serves ice cream, vape pens, edibles you name it and her rum cakes are amazing!!! Also, Sugar shake has great shakes and ice creams as well. Rain near Sunset Caribe was also a nice vibe and great views. Wished I stayed longer to go to the other island Caye Caulker. Very easy to get around with the golf cart. Very affordable and the gas lasted us the four/five days we were there for. The full day exploration Mayan Temple Cave tubing, and zip line is a must!! Very informative, so much fun, and you get to meet new people!! You also get lunch included. If you have a need for speed then Jet ski rental is for you! You don't need to know how to swim just know how to have fun!!!! Last but not least, parasailing. You get to have amazing views from above the water. Very calming and adventurous. Belize an easy 10/10!!! Already planning on coming back very soon.

It’s a good launching point for the islands or tours around the region to see Mayan ruins. It’s a safe city, although poor by western standards. I hadn’t traveled in the developing world for awhile and I had to adjust seeing the daily poverty. Beautiful, friendly people and we always had a good meal!
