I don’t know where to start, but this was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed. Definitely one of the best hotels on San Pedro Island. Let’s start with the fact that this room was more like a small apartment. There’s a living room with a sofa, TV, kitchen, and a superb bedroom. The entire place feels like a jungle. It’s a bit dark, but it really has its own atmosphere and charm. Manager José was incredibly helpful, very friendly, and always smiling. He helped us organize a tour and assisted us in renting a golf cart. That was fantastic because the kitchen was fully equipped with pots, plates, and even a coffee maker with coffee provided, which was a big plus. Overall, I rate everything very positively, and it was truly one of the coolest stays I’ve ever had. There was a weekly schedule detailing events and activities, which was truly wonderful.

The location was perfect. In a quiet spot. Away from a lot of the noise of downtown. The rooms were really comfortable and well appointed. The cafe in the hotel grounds did great breakfast and proper coffee. The staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. They provided me with tips of things to do in San Pedro and actually things to do in Belize. I left some clothes in my hotel and the hotel went to a lot of trouble to ferry it to Caye Caulker where I was staying.

My stay at Key Casa was simply extraordinary. The villa is absolutely beautiful, and everything about it exceeded my expectations. The location is perfectvery close to the restaurants where I ate daily, especially Cool Beans, which became my favorite spot for breakfast. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They provided me with all the information I needed and even assisted me with renting a golf cart and arranging taxis. Truly, they are beyond amazing hosts! The room was spotless and had every comfort I could possibly need. Everything was perfectly arranged, and the attention to detail really stood out. I loved it so much that I honestly didn’t want to leave. Without a doubt, I will return and stay here again. Everything was simply divine!

The hotel is clean, right on the beachfront, with a beautiful view, and everyone who works there is extremely helpful and polite. I did the diving course right in front of the hotel, and it was incredible. I was very well taken care of. The restaurant is excellent as well, with wonderful service.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Howler Jungle House and Cabanas it did not disappoint. The home itself is incredibly unique, with so many thoughtful features that made the experience special, from the hammocks to the stunning views of the river and surrounding jungle. One of the highlights was the monkeys; they were amazing to watch, and even the howling at 3 am turned into a memorable (and surprisingly cool!) part of the experience. The property had so much to offer, including the lovely little pool and access to canoes and bikes, which made it easy to explore and enjoy the area. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were incredibly kind, supportive, and made everything feel easy and welcoming. Overall, a truly special place to stay we’d absolutely come back.

Location was ideal! 3 minute walk from the airport, right on the beach and in town. Can walk almost anywhere you want to go from here. Lots of restaurants, bars, shops, and everything you're looking for right at your fingertips. After the traffic and usual noise dies down at night you can be lulled to sleep by the ocean waves. The hotel is all brand new and clean. Staff is amazing and helpful and always at the desk 24 hours. Highly recommend this place. Will stay here again! Very safe and secure as well. As a female solo traveller, I felt very safe here.

For sure one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to! The hotel manager Remi and the whole staff are just so welcoming, kind and helping at all time! The rooms are amazing - super clean, nice kitchen, rooftop with daybeds, and a balcony. The way to the South Island is short and simple. Anyways, they would arrange everything for you at all time! I would love to come back every year- miss this place already!
