Located on the campus of St.Francis Xavier University, StFX University Summer Hotel is in the city centre of Antigonish, within 500 metres from various restaurants. I’m jealous that the university students have a hotel like residence.

Maritime Inn Antigonish provides on-site dining and warmly furnished rooms. The Trans-Canada Highway 104 is a 4-minute drive away. Free Wi-Fi is offered. The rooms, friendly staff, location and the excellent restaurant on site. The food was excellent!

Ideally located in Pictou County, just minutes from downtown New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, the Comfort Inn offers a non-smoking environment and a daily hot breakfast. everything was excellent, nothing to fault, and staff were so friendly and helpful.

Centrally located between Halifax and Sydney, this hotel is 3 minutes’ drive from Antigonish Highland Games. A restaurant, indoor heated pool and hot tub are on site. Free in-room Wi-Fi is included. The lobby was absolutely charming with the Scottish decor. The gentleman at the reception desk greeted my sister and me warmly and provided instructions regarding the bistro and room location. The room was bright and clean and easily accessible.

Built in 1840, this Pictou guest house is 500 meters from the waterfront area, featuring shopping, dining and entertainment opportunities. Each unique rooms offers free Wi-Fi and a private bathroom. Brenda and George were really welcoming, excellent with recommendations and help, plus they made a super breakfast, even for me being gluten free. Very comfortable room and close to several restaurants. Very close to the PEI ferry terminal. The swinging chairs in the garden are great for watching the sunset and chatting with fellow guests. Excellent all round.

Less than 2 minutes' drive from downtown Antigonish and 1.9 km from St Francis Xavier University, Antigonish Evergreen Inn offers free WiFi. Best breakfast we had on our Canadian trip. The home made muffins and scones were delicious The accommodation was also the best we came across. The owners know how to make travellers comfortable. Our stay coincided with the arrival of the strongest storm to hit Eastern Canada and the owner found us accommodation in which to see our the storm
