Amazing place to stay for a total ski lodge experience plus more. Staff very friendly, all food was amazing (breakfast included; we decided to also purchase lunch and dinner from here and have zero regrets). Despite it being a short stay we felt at home and like it was 'our' place. Incredible views, great snow. We decided to spend a bit extra on the wellness centre (spa and sauna) and were so glad we did. Would love to return one day.

The Staff is super. They look after you at all times. The food/menu choices is very good as is the food. Compliments to the chef(s). Nice Terrace to relax and enjoy the scenery. Location really does not need to be mentioned, it is a dream. Great central point for many different grades of hiking, if that is your bag. Overall, great place to stay, certainly recommend and I would stay again.

The breakfast was stunning. Made to order omelettes, fresh juices, fresh meats and local products. I am generally a solo woman traveler, aged 45. This time to Europe, I brought my husband and three children. On a whim from a previous pit stop on the Glacier Express I booked a one night stay in Brig, at the Hotel De Londres. From booking to check-in, to the arranging of tickets to Brigerbad, Monika was amazing. Switzerland makes America look like a joke- which is why on my fourth visit to Switzerland in the last four years I wanted my family to see it's amazing people (like Monika and staff), scenery, hotel opportunities (like De Londres), and overall goal of life to be self-fulfilled by simply........breathing the air around. Although we visited Zurich, Lucerne, Bern, Milan and Venice besides Brig, guess where the rest of my family wanted to stay just a few more nights than ANYWHERE else- Hotel De Londres in Brig. Bravo! Swiss hospitality is fantastic. Very comfortable room with a stunning view. Brig itself has a beautiful city centre. The total absence of large group tours made the stay more civilized and peaceful than can be had in some of the more internationally advertised Swiss locations.

The room had everything you need. I liked the balcony. I could get things air dried and sleeping with the balcony door open in fresh air is very comfortable. Good bathroom and shower. The garage is absolutely perfect the more so when traveling by motorcycle. Breakfast was good and filling. The host is an adorable, nice, helpful. A great people's person, it is imposible not to love her.
