This is a little gem of a hotel, centrally located in Tolu, yet feels very quiet and private. Nicely decorated and comfortable rooms, with good air conditioning and warm showers, great pool with a bar to chill out at the end of the day. Hotel’s biggest asset is its great staff who make you feel very welcome and are very helpful and skilled in organising whatever you may need. Very professional and kind team. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

I truly felt like I was staying in a family home — they took such great care of us. Breakfast was generous and beautifully prepared. The location is ideal, just one block from the local beach. Everything was very clean, the A/C worked perfectly, and the value for money was fantastic.

Even though the hotel is not yet finished, we really loved it. The staff was very helpful and attentive. One thing might be rooms don't have a fridge, but I guess it is just because of the ongoing construction, other than that everything was beyond our expectations. The privacy was super at the beach, not as many vendors as in other places. You want to rest, and the least thing you want is people offering you things, but we also we understand this is what people do for a living! Thanks for all the recommendations and help you guys gave us! I will recommend the hotel for sure!

Nice place by the center of town. A short walk from the bus terminal. Staff are very warm and friendly. Even though we arrived very early for check-in, they kindly let us have our room and use the facilities. That was really nice! The hotel is clean, well-maintained and also being improved more.

Coveñas is fantastic. Very safe and secure.

Coveñas is fantastic. Very safe and secure. Folks are very laid back. Vendors not aggressive like Cartagena and again unlike Cartagena every business has a carta/menu so you know exactly what the prices are and they are reasonable.

Tolú is a small beach town not far away from Cartagena, so...

Tolú is a small beach town not far away from Cartagena, so it's easy to get there. You can also get there by plane. They have access to the single most spectacular island beaches I've ever seen and enjoyed. Its boulevard has nice restaurants and bars and places to sit and enjoy the beach, sea and the sunset. The gastronomy is a total delight. You can walk the beaches, boulevard, town center, and the town itself. It's safe and not excessively touristy, so no overcrowded beaches and places, no harassing or annoying vendors or situations like in Cartagena. The party bikes pumping loud champeta music are funny to see or hop on. Use the bike cabs to get to the bus station. Because it's a small town, there aren't that many things to do so be sure to visit the archipelago and mangroves which are all nearby. The nature on your way there is worth seeing and makes the bus trip pleasant.

Interesting city that is mostly a trade point for livestock, agriculture and relay urban area for venturing into more touristy towns like Tolú and Coveñas. Plenty of things for improvement but loved the cleanliness, the old town area, and the shopping facilities. I liked Sincelejo very much.

The beach is ok, pretty but not as beautiful as other...

The beach is ok, pretty but not as beautiful as other Caribbean beaches I've been. However, I liked the fact that I was not harassed by vendors as it often happens in other beaches in Colombia. Also, the beach was not crowded despite the fact that it was at the peak of December holidays, so you have privacy and plenty of beach for ourselves
