Hradec Hotel was what we looked for: Perfect location , very professional and friendly staff ( specially Leona at the reception), great food,excellent service .

Fantastic place to stay - ski lift and ski rentals 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Gated parking just outside (we paid 8 euros per day), lovely restaurant, amazing breakfast which was included in our package, pool with jacuzzi (small and busy though, you have to pay a small fee to use it), tennis court. Overall a great place to rest and recharge after skiing.

Everything - first rate facilities, great location, and great staff. Special mention for the hotel handyman who managed to repair my motorcycle - above and beyond the call of duty but regrettably I didn't get his name.

Absolutely FANTASTIC location and staff team. Beautiful mountain setting, cosy fire, huge quadruple room and excellent food in the restaurant. The staff were always helpful and smiling and patiently answered all our questions and gave advice . Plenty of storage for ski equipment and the sauna and wellness area was perfect. There were toboggans to use and our favourite thing was to travel in the skidoo- awesome fun!

i love the concept that the hotel is in the forest, not in the village. perfectly isolated. everything you need is here. lots of options for kids. perfect views. nice skiing area (not to compare with Alps but still, really ok). helpful staff. clean rooms

The hotel is located in the middle of a fantastic resort , the hotel have everything that a hiking loving family is need , welcoming personal and a convenient rooms , a swimming pool and a family of Alpakas at front yard :)

One of the best places I have been to since long time, if consider the care for the guests. Some little details - good toiletries, nice renovated place, coffee and tea for free and drinks for pay provided in the common places, board games and common kitchens. All little details tell you that the owners care about how do you feel during your stay. And I really appreciated it, as you want find it much nowadays, especially in small hotel like this. Our stay was amazing and we would like to come back in nearest future for another relaxing week.

This modern hotel has clean and stylish rooms. Its location is perfect for wintertime, as ski lifts are right near the property.

Amazing quiet place surrounded by nature

Everything at chata Lesovna was great, especially the location - right next to the cable car and with an easy access to hiking trails to Sněžka but also a short walk to the city. The hotel is peaceful and quiet, our room had comfortable beds and a nice shower. The breakfast prepared on site and delivered to our room was tasty too, and I appreciated that it was different each morning. The host communicated well and although we arrived too late for our check in it was no issue at all.

I appreciate the good and professional attitude of the young staff. The rooms were clean, the furniture is older but functional. Breakfast and dinner were good, I also appreciate the sufficient portion size. Parking was without a problem directly at the chalet(hotel).
