Well maintained building in nice surroundings. The staff were welcoming, polite and helpful. The food was just fab. Sufficient brekki with enough to choose from and thise home made Frgály were best! Great selection of drinks, very tasty dinners with a nice choice again. We loved the fact we could use the Horal hotel’s wellness facilities too - there were more saunas and thermal pools, which I’m sure would be great for kids. Since we travelled as a couple this time we really enjoyed the quieter Lanterna upon arrival, the spa area is not that huge but was at least more quiet and serene, just what we wanted. Beds were comfortable and complimentary water with little chocolates were nice little touch. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great for long exploration outdoors but I can imagine coming back in winter for skiing or summer for wander around.

I was incredibly impressed during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by smiling and friendly staff who immediately created an atmosphere of hospitality and comfort. Every employee was exceptionally kind and ready to assist with any questions or requests. I especially want to highlight the hotel restaurant. The dishes were incredibly delicious, and each meal was a true gastronomic delight. The diverse menu, with a selection of dishes to suit every taste and excellent product quality, made each of my visits to the restaurant unforgettable. We had a fabulous stay. All staff were extremely helpful and accommodating and made us feel genuinely welcome. The hotel is beautiful, breakfast was exceptional and rooms spotless clean, elegantly furnished and very comfortable. It is like stepping back in time and the environment of the hotel makes one feel relaxed, calm and happy. We had a great experience with the gourmet tasting dinner as well, food and wine were delicious and restaurant staff lovely. We can 100% recommend Hotel Radun and would love to come back!

We were immediately impressed by the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. It was great that the hotel was pet-friendly, allowing us to bring our dog along without any issues. The food was definitely a highlight of our stay, with a fantastic variety of delicious dishes to choose from. We also appreciated the clean and comfortable room, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The location was excellent. Especially for families with children. Walking distance from water park, outdoor activity park and outdoor museum. Close to town centre.there was quite a lot of stuff for children to do on site. The pet zoo was a bonus.

Of the dozens of nice spa towns in Czechia, few are as sought out as Luhačovice. The town still retains a very stylish, relaxed atmosphere, though its popularity unfortunately often puts it on par with Prague price-wise. I would still recommend a visit, though. The town and the spa promenade are open and walkable, all essential services are available, there's plenty of accommodation options and it's fun to explore the immediate area. A few pro tips: - Shops and restaurants tend to close early (7-8pm). Be prepared for that, since there are even very few delivery options beside that. The bakery at the post office does have a late-night sales window, where you can get fresh bakery goods until midnight (cash only). - If the Duha water park closes unexpectedly—as it sometimes does—there's a great downtown alternative: the municipal swimming pool. Modern, affordable, with several great water attractions. - It's a long walk between the town core and the Pozlovice dam area, but buses are reasonably frequent and super easy to use with the Fairtiq app.

Amazing city with world-class modernist architecture (I especially recommend Bata's Memorial, the interior is breathtaking), the museum and gallery in Bata's Institute are worth recommending too. Don't come there if you don't like modern architecture though, there are barely any buildings older than 100 years.

The town itself is nothing special - but this is home to one...

The town itself is nothing special - but this is home to one of the most famous "Skansen" open-air museums in the Czech Republic. It is easy to spend a whole day there. If you can time the visit with one of the folk festivals it is a great experience.

The city is nice and compact with many restaurants and shops, although some of the food stores closing very soon. Beautiful country side surroundings. Many tips for 1-day trips around (e.g. Slovacke museum).

I almost hesitate to recommend this beautiful city for fear that more tourists will discover this marvellous gem! As someone who likes to travel in Czechia away from the main tourist routes, this was one of the most beautiful and unspoilt places I've been to, and yet there is plenty to see and do...but it is also the perfect place for just being idle. Most of the tourists I encountered were Czech, Slovak or Ukrainian, very few native English speakers at all, which suited me well as i wanted to improve my Czech. So, if you are looking for an authentic Moravian experience...this is it! Oh, and the jidelna (canteen) on the town square is a great place to eat traditional Czech/Moravian food for next to nothing!

The town was easy to walk, had very good restaurants and retail stores. New train station set up made it easy to get to the right platform. The people of Vsetin were so friendly and helpful. Beautiful countryside. The town was clean with no graffiti. Taxis were plentiful.

Luhačovice is the most popular spa in Eastern Moravia. There are several healing springs around the spa colonnade, spa hotels and hiking trails leading through beautiful nature. In the summer, you can take a swim or take a pedalo or boat ride on the local large water reservoir. For lunch, we recommend hamburgers at Snack bar Victoria. You can enjoy a pleasant dinner in the Divadelní restaurant, where you will also find a nice children's corner.

Favorite spots: Baťa's skyscraper (n. 21) – rooftop view, coffee bar. Baťa's Institute 14|15 with museum with exposure called "BAŤA PRINCIPLE: FANTASY TODAY, REALITY TOMORROW" – note: not opened in Monday. The same for Baťa's Monument above the Interhotel. We eat once in Makalu Nepal restaurant. I had coffee in Coffeshop Company on náměstí Míru (square). We visited cinema too. Next time I will arrange more time for the museum (1h).

Rožnov pod Radhoštěm is known mainly for its open-air museum. There it is really worth to plan two days for the visit to see everything. Nearby there are small architectural gems of a regional architect to admire. A trip to Brno is also recommended. I especially recommend a visit to the Museum of Technology there.

A lovely city, with a range of architecture, lovely park with super museum, all accessible by foot with good transport links to other places in the region via train or bus. Nice choice of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Great gallery with paintings from Joza Uprka.
