Location was perfect. I strongly recomand it. Next time we will choose the same hotel for sure.

The hotel is located just in the heart of Puerto Ayora, conveniently located close to shops, bars, restaurants and the marina. Our room was huge and very clean. I loved the swimming pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were all very helpful.

Very nice hotel. Small, like home. Rooms are spatious, and nice (not like Hilton, but excellent for the place). Very nice 60" Smart TV. Good shower. Comfortable. Staff is excellent. Thanks, boys! It's nice to walk around - you can see tortoises walking freely. A bit far from city centre, but taxis pass in front all the time, and you can get one in 5 minutes. Never waited longer in 5 days. Breakfast is good. Simple, but good, with local delicacies, like empanadas.

Everything, Pimampiro sounded like a everlasting Bolero for our vacation, we've made friends and we were amazed by the staff and the hotel. Thanks for making our stay in paradise, paradisiac!

Best hotel in Santa Cruz, great feel and design, super location we could see Manta rays and sharks from the water's edge.

Central location. Wilmer in the reception gave a lot of tips on restaurants and booked ferry for me. The budget room is on the ground floor and you have the floor for yourself (there are no other rooms on the ground floor). It didn't have air con, only a fan but as it was shadowed by a wall on the outside, the room actually didn't get so hot and the ventilator was enough. The room is grand and with a closet to store your clothes. Room was cleaned every day. Hot shower.

Centrally located, over looking the Flamingos..good sized rooms and staff were excellent, especially Tony who went out of his way to assist us with day trips and putting our luggage on the ferry and having it delivered to our next hotel so we didn’t have to take it on the tiny plane!

The location is great, the rooms were comfortable and clean, staff was very kind and accommodating.

It has an openair kitchen which has a super nice view over the city. Also the facility that you can tap water for your water bottels is very handy.

The staff were amazing very helpful and very very pleasant. The rooms were great and the facilities were first class.

I had an amazing stay at Royal Galapagos!! It’s very safe, the staff is soooo friendly! The owner is an absolutely lovely lady! The breakfast is very good! The bed very comfortable, and you’re at a walking distance of one of the most incredible beach in the world, playa Mann ( incredible because you’re nearly sharing your towel with the sea lions on the beach ) And to cover all that, you have the sea and sunset view from your hamac on your balcony! Just perfect! If you want to enjoy your stay at San Cristobal, just go there! Best place!

Amazing new hotel right on the water We took a chance on this new hotel and it exceeded our expectations. Everything is new, the pool is wonderful, tastefully decorated, and very helpful staff. The wifi was solid, which was great as on this remote Island often is is very slow. This allowed me to get some(not much;) work done. The sea life was such a special part for us as we enjoyed our cocktails by the pool in the afternoon. The staff let us know the restaurant is not open yet, but told us it will be in a couple of months. They do provide a great breakfast at the hotel across the street. The tours they recommended were excellent! Overall a great hotel that we would come back to on this beautiful Island. Location, friendly and supportive staff. Max was extremely helpful, responsive and friendly throughout our stay!

All was perfect, except wi-fi on the third floor. It went off. All the rest 10/10
