-very large room and bathroom -the bed was amazing -the breakfast was very good and had lots of variety to choose from -shuttle to ans from the airport for an extra cost

Fantastic hotel with friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast buffet had a large choice and all tasty. The beds were large and very comfortable. Perfect location for the airport. Ten minutes in the shuttle. Lively rooftop bar. We enjoyed it so much we are booked in for our return stay.

Amazing staff; everybody were very nice and helpful. Also the location was perfect because you can walk around or walk to the Malecón and feel very safe.

Excellent staff and quiet room. Nice terrace to enjoy the sunset although they could utilise the space more. The restaurant was great too.

Excellent service and comfortable bed, minutes to the airport. Good affordable food, too. If you have a couple of hours, please rent an Uber and make a trip to the cathedral, city hall, iguana park, malecon and las penas.

Reception staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Good value for money. Room was decent size and beds were comfy. It is a bit outdated but good value for money. There is air-conditioning in the room.

Convenient for a nights stop over from the airport. Facilities were good and the gentlemen behind the desk were friendly and helpful. Included breakfast was nice. Only a couple minute Uber ride from a large mall with plenty of food options for lunch/dinner. Overall had a comfortable stay.

Good Location, Airport Shuttle included, great room with a view over the pool and comfortable beds. Wifi worked well, breakfast was good! We were even allowed to have a late check-out for free since our flight was late. There is also a fine gym and a small sauna. All in all very recommendable.

the standard of the hotel, superb location if you consider to walk to the airport (app. 10mins), swimming pool on the roof, decent breakfast and very helpful stuff - nice girl let us leave main bags before we return for the last night in Guayaquil- highly recommended!

Comfortable room, Good location. I enjoyed the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. The staff in general was very gentle and helpful. I went for a family reunion and everything was great. I recommend this hotel.

Immediately on arrival the staff -Devie and Ethan was so welcoming and respectful!! The room amazingly clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again mainly due to how wonderful and helpful the staff were!
