Everything was excellent from staff to facilities

Fantastic hotel with friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast buffet had a large choice and all tasty. The beds were large and very comfortable. Perfect location for the airport. Ten minutes in the shuttle. Lively rooftop bar. We enjoyed it so much we are booked in for our return stay.

Hotel is a bit more pricey than other options in Ecuador, but it offers very good quality. Room was comfortable, with great bathroom and shower. Comfortable bed. Staff is excellent and they are always very helpful. Hotel is very central and there is a guard at the entrance so you always feel safe. It is next to a mall, which is very convenient. Hotel has a restaurant and bar and they have a pick up service from the airport. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Reception staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Good value for money. Room was decent size and beds were comfy. It is a bit outdated but good value for money. There is air-conditioning in the room.

Convenient for a nights stop over from the airport. Facilities were good and the gentlemen behind the desk were friendly and helpful. Included breakfast was nice. Only a couple minute Uber ride from a large mall with plenty of food options for lunch/dinner. Overall had a comfortable stay.

Excellent staff - all friendly, polite, helpful. Nice location next to the river. Very modern, could be 1:1 in any European city. Thanks for allocating a room on the top floor (5th) away from the elevators for us upon our request - much appreciated!!

The hotel has a convenient location, across the street from "Mall del Sol", 10 minute drive from the airport, 15 minutes to the City Center. Rooms are comfortable and clean, the hotel facilities are excelent. Took breakfast and lunch at the hotel, and both were very good. The hotel offers private meeting rooms, that can be reserved (one hour for free if you are staying at the hotel), which were very convenient during our business trip

A warm welcome and excellent room. The guy on reception could not have been more helpful . He arranged Ubers for me several times and ensured I was not overcharged. Staying at Sada was comfortable and exceptionally efficient.

I am not sure why the ratings are so bad because I had a pleasant stay. Ivan at the reception was very helpful and nice, he helped me find a room to check in early because I had a problem with one of my feet. The room I had was on the 7th floor, hot water in the shower was working, had fresh towels, TV and Aircon. The hotel is also very good located, around the middle of the Malecón and 3 minutes away from the Museum of Guayaquil. Thank you very much, I'll come back!

Good location . Pick up from airport & delivery to bus terminal . Excellent pool & relaxing areas . Very friendly staff in all areas . A great welcome to Ecuador !

It was our second stay here after our Galapagos trip. And the breakfast was 100% better than last time.

Location is good and rooms are also clean, staff is also very helpful. Good place to stay in Guayaquil.
