Really Enjoyed my stay. Did expect it being empty by the time i arrived. I had the whole building for myself and it was just amazing.

Great location, friendly hosts, and despite the cottage being very small, it had absolutely everything we needed! There was a bathroom with a shower and hot water, a comfortable bed and sofa, a TV, and a kitchenette. We stayed here as three adults with a toddler and slept comfortably.

Had everything I needed for 10 nights. Nice and quiet, felt safe even for a woman on her own. Sauna was great, heated up really quickly, great to dry my clothes too after wash!
Useful tips for other travellers: You definitely need a car to stay there because there’s not much public transport around.
There are neighbours living in the same block nearby (just if you are worried being in the middle of nowhere) but you can’t hear them, so it’s still peaceful and quiet.
There’s a petrol station near by (2min drive) where you can buy warm takeaway food and other essentials. Also Sämmi Grill is 5 min walk away (open until 10pm every day).
The stairs up to the flat are old and uneven, getting my 20kg suitcase up and down was quite a challenge, but doable:)
Lock the bottom door with a key for extra security, the little knob just locks one little bit.
These were just things what I learnt by staying there, hopefully someone finds it useful :)
Oh and the host is super lovely and friendly - answered all my questions quickly and was very helpful. At first I was afraid it will be too cold for me, when I arrived the sauna was super hot, so was the apartment with added radiator what you can put on any time! Showed that the host really cared and listened.
Great place to stay, it will be my preferred place from now on when I visit again!
