United KingdomWe arrived late at night, so we had no time for spa but when we asked to stay a couple of hours later next day in order to enjoy it, this was not a problem at all.Only 7eur per hour for late check out was an amazing deal. Spa was almost empty, and we got to enjoy it in full, including the outside heated pool. Breakfast was the best and had the most selection I have ever seen.The quality of the local produce was amazing.Taken some photos to show to friends in U.K. Definitely will recommend.

Kuressaare city centre.
5 min walk to the beach through the coastal forest.
The yard is big and well maintained, with mixed forests and 2 lakes (you can bathe in 1).
There are 2 children playgrounds and places for BBQ.
There is a self-service kitchen and a laundry room in the main building.
We stayed in the main building and there is a heated floor in the common area and Family room bathroom floor - very convenient for a family with 2 toddlers as we are.
The host Tiiu was very welcoming, carrying and warm, delicately balancing being there if we needed her assistance and yet providing us max privacy that so we can enjoy our stay.

Big, beautiful and clean territory. All over the stay, in the whole territory and inside the houses we were happy with the feeling that everything is thought for. We couldn’t even think for any improvement, everything was already perfect. New facilities. Very comfortable beds. Amazing sauna and pond. We loved everything and would like to come here again.

Lovely, calm area. The staff were incredible—they went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and welcome. The sauna was a highlight, especially since the days we stayed were quite chilly. It was the perfect way to relax and unwind. And the breakfast the next morning made us really happy ❤️ Overall, a truly warm and enjoyable experience!

Bottengarn Boutique Hotel is a new building, designed in the style of a fisherman's cottage. Walls are decorated with carefully framed memorabilia of the families that have been connected to the place for many decades. We particularly liked the exquisite experience of fine dining at Bottenresto and the friendly attitude of staff.

We visited for a very short family trip.
We visited for a very short family trip. Town was getting ready for Christmas celebrations and looked very festive. Went to see town center, also walked around the castle. On the way back to mainland stopped to see the Kaali crater. Definitely worth coming back in the summer to explore more of the town and the island.

Our room in the main building was very nice and well functioning. We loved the restaurant - the food was really great and service top! Spa procedures were my absolute favorite - knowledgeable and good staff with a very nice relax option after the procedures. Thank you!
Sadly our family who stayed over in one of the side buildings suffered under several hick-ups, such as lack of warm water, electricity plugs not functioning and misfunctioning fridge. Though these things did not happen in our room, they effected our joint vacation flow to a certain extent. A luxury hotel should not afford mishaps.

The best place to stay in as there are many restaurants and cafes and we also caught the opera festival which was a really great added value. Sareemaa can be easily discovered from Kuressaare. The museum in the castle thoroughly describes Sareemaa’s history.

Probably the thing that stood out most for me was the medieval castle with it's impressive walls. Spent a lot of time wandering them late at night with friends. The city centre is also quite cozy.
