It was our first time in this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. The house looks like a molehill from the parking lot side, but from inside it's anything but. The rooms open to the other side of the house, overlooking an inner courtyard. The public spaces were clean, our quadruple room was spacious and comfortable, had enough cupboards and not one, but two dryer cabinets for ski equipment. Bathroom as well was big and nice looking, floor heating made it super comfortable. Breakfast had a very good selection for a small hotel, from porridge, eggs prepared in multiple ways and sandwich material to selection of drinks and fresh bakery. The restaurant apparently provides lunch & dinner as well, which we didn't try. Alexela electric car chargers were <100m from the main entrance. Soundproofing reasonably good for a hotel. 24/7 reception and ample parking space.

We were checked in earlier since the room was available. The room was comfortable, with a nice interior and a welcoming drink - water. The bed and pillows were also worth mentioning. The bathroom was pretty small but equipped with good soap, shower gel, and shampoo. Due to our room selection, coffee, tea, and some sweets were always available in the lobby. The breakfast was served as a buffet and was super nutritious and tasty. The location is good too. We travelled without a car, and it was important for us to have easy access to the nearby ski resort, so it was just a 20-minute walk and a few minutes from the city center. So, overall, I highly recommend this place, and if I visit Otepää again, I will definitely stay here. The place is very quite and peaceful. The service was extremely friendly, and we even received a gift - a jar of honey. Thank you very much!

Very friendly staff. Good money and quality value. Hotel was very positive surprise, not expected. Very good kitchen in the restaurant. We enjoyed our meal and the wine. Nice location opposite the nice park.

We liiked everything. Great suroundings. Lake, wood and hiking traiks are amazing. Great location for a peaceful break. Nice breakfast. A lot of options. Tasty coffee. Spa area is separated for men and women, but that was not a problem for us.
