United StatesFront desk staff was very friendly and happy. This is our first time visiting Estonia and the Centrum Hotel was a great place to welcome us here. The breakfast was great and the kind women preparing the food was very attentive and did a great job. The room was amazing and we really enjoyed our time here. If we ever come back to Viljandi we will definitely stay at the Centrum Hotel again.

Kitchen is very well equipped. Host is very friendly and made sure we loved our stay and that we had everything we needed. He even brought us grilled meat straight off the grill.🙂 Sauna is also super good! The wooden cottage was comfortable enough for four people wanting to stay in nature, bathrooms very neat, all in good working order. The included breakfast excellent, with a variety for all tastes. Compact city with a very laid back vibe which is easy to explore on foot. Everyone was helpful even though I don't speak Estonian, and overall it feels like a welcoming place. It's not a 'bright lights' kind of city, but a great place to relax and wander at a relaxed pace. There are lots of cafes, restaurants and bars in town, though I only had time to check out Fellinn for lunch and Romaan bar for a drink. Both were excellent - the bread at Fellinn is particularly delicious, and the barman at Romaan recommended me a perfect craft beer for my tastes.
