Location was very central. The room was spacious and clean. Although the hotel and its furniture were quite old, they were well maintained. I personally liked the retro touch. Staff was really helpful.

Central location with reasonable priced underground parking. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Recommended an excellent bar for tapas. Room was spacious and in good condition. Very quiet. Did not hear anything. Bed was very comfortable. AC worked well, but needed to be turned lower than the dial marking. 15 was really 20.

The staff was very nice. Very helpful, always available. I asked for an extra pillow and they delivered straight away. Our room was quiet.

This is truly a hotel of exceptional comfort for the money, with large rooms, big beds, perfect soundproofing and easy parking. The hotel has its own restaurant and bar and a cool interior courtyard, which is a nice touch.

Receptionist was excellent, told us about the.local area, where to shop and spoke amazing English. Dinner was lovely (huge portions even for childre n) Beds super comfy

Great location, helpful staff, close to the main town centre, parks and sight seeing attractions. The supermarkets and shops are a short walk from this hotel. There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel and lots to choose from the centre. The hotel room was spacious and the bathroom was modernised. Parking is on street, free and convenient. It was a great half way stop off and overnight stay to break up a 9 hour journey.

Ciudad Real is actually a nice town. The hotel is a bit dated but stylish. The rooms are nice. The breakfast is really spectacular - almost never seen better. Free parking. All this for a very modest price. Oh yes and staff are nice.

Central location to shops bars and restaurants.. Friendliness of the staff , my elderly mother fell in the hotel and the staff were so sympathetic and helpful. Cleanliness of the hotel ..staff changes towels and cleaned rooms every day .. 10 out of 10 for me .

Big rooms, comfortable bed, nice big bathroom. A lot of towels. Great location for nightover stay. Parking spots by the hotel, free. Hairdryer. Mini fridge-but it didn’t work. Pet friendly-but dogs are not allowed in the restaurant. They do have an outdoor terrace.

A really nice hotel in a slightly old fashioned but 'grand' way. The staff were extremely friendly and the room was fine. Very big bathroom with a full size bath and plenty of complimentary toiletries.

perfekt Hotel for an overnight stay. Room and bathroom are good. Car can go into underground garage. and a few minutes walk you are in the wonderful downtown district to have drinks and tappas

Super cute and well maintained rooms, very polite and helpful staff! After the stay I forgot my bracelet and they immediately took care to look for it, find it and send it to me.

I arrived at 01.00 (called ahead to inform), reception was quick and easy. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room had everything including a desk. The air conditioning helped in the morning, to not feel cold after showering. After a well needed sleep., the shower was fantastic, hot and strong. It was very revitalising. When checking out, reception were very pleasant. All in all, a nice hotel that I would go back to.

A really beautiful well appointed hotel. Everything was to a high standard and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and we had it in a beautiful room. The room was very nice, comfort bed and good shower. All in all a great hotel and a nice stay.

Close to the road going and coming to southern Spain

Lovely family run traditional Spanish hotel in the pleasant town of Alcazar San Juan. Short walk to historic town centre with not another tourist in sight! Staff very friendly and helpful. Secure hotel garage free of charge. Everything nice and clean, comfortable beds, good facilities. Traditional Spanish breakfast. Fabulous value, highly recommended.
