The location is perfect, right on the beach. I booked what booking called a single room with twin bed and did not upgrade to the sea view room, but I have a very large room with double bed at the end of a hall with partial sea view and more importantly a huge window with sea breeze! I am cool enough to sleep for the first time in weeks. Front desk and bar staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Albatros is situated in Puentedeume, less than 1 km from Praia de Sopazos and 42 km from Tower of Hercules.

This is an old property which has been sympathetically renovated. It is scrupulously clean. It has a fridge which is great for chilling drinks before a long walk. Our room had a lovely balcony. The decor is minimal and not at all fussy. The shower is really good. I recommend ordering the breakfast, it is superb and served by one of the partners
