The location was superb.. a short walk from the bus station and a short walk to restaurants and the Camino. The service was incredibly helpful and friendly. My daughter needed a Compostela passbook and a short time later, the person at reception provided her with it. So helpful.

There was enough option for breakfast, no scrambled egg or such but enough selection of colds for every need. The rooms are clean and spacious, the area is quiet in the weekends. The bed is comfortable, there are two types of pillows to choose from, softer or harder, so everybody can have it their way. The staff is really friendly, the speak english and they try to help in everything we need. Sure will be booking again if we visit Lugo.

Very clean and comfortable, the style is simple and essential, the room was spacious with lots of windows and light, and a big bathroom. A nice quiet neighborhood right outside the center. The staff is lovely and very professional!

We had our own deck that we could sit out and read a book etc or watch the ocean. At night even though there was a bar next door we could close the door, turn on the aircon and sleep easily. The reception staff were wonderful. The young man was incredibly helpful

The hotel is nice and clean, close to the Roman wall and attraction places. The staffs are polite, especially 'Juan Corol' maybe wrong spelling. anyway he is very good.

The service, the room, the mattress, air conditioning and an exceptionally good value breakfast.

Wonderful place! I cannot emphasize how helpful and nice all of the staff was to accommodate us! Our stay was perfect, everything was clean, and the view of the city was a joy!

The breakfast was very good. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels all over the world. The bed was the best nights sllep I have ever had in a hotel.

Modern hotel, with very short walking distance to the center. Spacious and designed rooms with nice view (and sunset as well). Very clean. Great lobby and terrace to take a drinks or some food. Good underground parking. Very nice and helpful staff. We felt very well there.
