The hotel has very helpful and friendly staff. I loved the breakfast which had a wide variety. Additionally, the staff were willing to ensure the client was satisfied by cooking what was requested. e.g. if they had boiled eggs on the buffet, they would agree to make omelet when we requested.

we were treated really well from the moment of pick up at the airport rivht up to our departure. our bedroom wa supgraded and was spacious, modern, clean and with ample amenities. the owner was on hand and readily avaulable. The brekfasts were excellent and best omelletes in the world!

You basically stay here for a night or two before embarking...
You basically stay here for a night or two before embarking on Danakil tour or after returning from Danakil. Nothing more, nothing less. I didn't venture into the Semera town, so not sure what's there. It's extremely hot outside even in evening. Not a very comfortable or pleasant atmosphere.
