Amazing amenities and incredible price point for what you get. Also, staff was super accommodating at check-in, allowing us to check in early. Our room had loads of space and was super comfortable. Perfect for our 18hr layover

The rooms are really cute and clean. Staff are super friendly and attentive. I felt sick before taking a local guided tour outside Addis, so when my guide arrived, the front desk made sure he is aware of my condition. I’ve been to many countries before and stayed mostly 4-5 star hotels, but service at Best Western exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the rooms are sizable and comfortable. Highly recommended!

The reception staff, cleaning staff, and security team were all very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. They always made me feel welcome and safe. The hotel manager, Mike, was especially supportive and attentive, which really made a positive difference.

Check-in was smooth with very courteous staff. From other reviews I saw, I was worried about possible queue at check-in but surprisingly we only met one person ahead of us. Dinner and breakfast buffet were okay for transit purposes. Our room was very clean and shower pressure was excellent.

This is a top five-star luxury hotel. The staff all over the hotel (front desk, restaurants) are excellent. The room was large and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Reasonably priced laundry. The departure transfer was well priced and was in a comfortable car.

Rooms are a good size , super clean, bed very comfortable. Nice room facilities. TV with different channels. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is just a few minutes drive from the airport(if no traffic). There are some shops and restaurants in the area. Hotel has a nice coffee shop in lobby. Breakfast provided by the hotel is decent and has a good choice. Taking in account the money I paid for this hotel I consider it good value for the money and wouldn’t hesitate returning there.

Clean rooms stuffed with great amnesties; professional & friendly staff; great swimming pool that kept our kids stuck in enjoyment for hours; at last but now least great room service (having all the good stuff from the luxury breakfast at the living room of the apartment hotel was the highlight of our stay).

Extravagant. An array of breakfast choices and the way the staff tend to you, will have you feeling like a VIP. 24/7 room service, duty care calls and cleanliness being up to the highest standard leaves no other choice. Experience was so good had to come back in a couple of hours after I got rejected for my flight 😂 Thank you, Sapphire Addis Hotel!

It's like an oasis of lush green palm trees with a 50m swimming pool smack bang in the middle of the city with a jazz club, 4 restaurants and lots of really beautiful Ethiopian staff. It feels like stepping back in time. If you are looking for a luxurious room, then this isn't for you but I absolutely loved it.
