I stayed at this new hotel in Addis during a recent work trip, and it far exceeded my expectations. I originally chose it based on just one previous review, and I’m so glad I did. Every word of praise was absolutely true. The owner of the hotel is a true gentleman who personally ensured I was comfortable throughout my stay. He even arranged a free airport pick-up and drop-pff (though I didn’t need the drop-off as a friend collected me) and allowed a late check-out at no extra charge. Small gestures that made a big difference. The entire team, from the reception staff to the waiters and housekeeping, were exceptionally kind and professional. Their warmth and attentiveness made me feel completely at home. The hotel itself is spotless, the wi-fi is strong, and the food is delicious. The rooftop seating area offers a beautiful view of the city. What truly amazed me was the value for money. For such excellent service, comfort, and hospitality, the price is unbelievably reasonable. You get far more than you pay for here. I strongly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again whenever I’m in Addis Ababa.

Great hotel! The service and the staff is wonderful. The airport shuttle worked without problems. The shower was amazing. We stayed for one night and came back three nights later for another layover in Addis. We could leave our luggage at the hotel for these days. On our first night we forgot some cash in the room and they returned it to us when we came back. Also we tried the room service for the first time in our life. Would go back to Lobelia anytime.

The overall is awesome ! Fantastic location nearby the Friendship mall and market. Cozy enviornmant. Staff are so friendly. When i arrived (early in the morning) they gave me a room - I didn't wait till check in time. They offered me a pack of coffee .. in the breakfast, the staff deal with my picky food style with a big smile in their mouths. In addition to the free pick up to the airport included in the offer. a wonderful experience.

My first visit to Africa.

My first visit to Africa. Addis Ababa is a mix of a modern center with wide modern avenues and parks, where clubs play great jazz or blues and you speak English with well-dressed and educated people, fast-growing suburbs and extremely poor peripheral areas. But the vast majority of people are welcoming and friendly, just like everywhere else in the world. And everywhere they build and build and build... It would be interesting to know where this city and this country will develop in ten or twenty years.

I have been thoroughly impressed with it so far.

I have been thoroughly impressed with it so far. Located a little southwest of Addis Ababa, the area is incredibly safe and well-maintained. The transportation is also convenient, with easy access to public transit and major roads. Overall, I'm very happy with my decision to stay here during my visit and would highly recommend this neighbourhood to others.

Addis Ababa is a cool and exciting city. It has a lot of culture and it is a very ancient and modern city at the same time. It has a lot history. Addis Ababa has a lot of interesting architecture and cool museums to check out. The people were very friendly too and beautiful.

A beautiful city, though I didn't have time to move around...

A beautiful city, though I didn't have time to move around at all. So I do not have much to tell about the city. One thing though for sure is that the city and it's people are very attractive. Sorry, I forgot to mention that one thing I hoped was available in the room I stayed in was some form of heater. You know, Addis is a little too cold for some of us, and I had to be under blanket most of the time. I wished there was a way I could heat up my room a little when I needed to.
