First of all, the property manager Beka is very very helpful, friendly and attentive to our needs, they make you feel home. Place was very clean, the bed was very comfortable (we had a very high quality sleep time), you wake up in the middle of the wilderness on a magical view. All equipment was working. They prepare very delicious food and can serve it to your room. Beka speaks very good english and responds quickly on WhatsApp or calls.

The location was good for me because I got up each morning for an early walk. There were several roads I could walk along to enjoy the natural beauty that is so abundant in Racha. I loved that there was a restaurant at the hotel and was very happy with the food and drink offerings. The staff at the hotel and restaurant were great, no concerns at all. Hotel staff even helped arrange a taxi to and from Ambrolauri and Nikortsminda for sightseeing. Two things I loved the most is that each floor had a filtered water cooler that was kept full my whole stay. I loved having filtered hot/cold/room temperature water available 24/7 without having to buy plastic bottles of water. The other thing I loved is that my room (208 and all the other even-side rooms) have a great view of the river the property sits along side. With the big windows and balcony it made it easy to sit and enjoy the view and sounds. They other rooms (odd numbered like 207) have a scenic hillside view. Since these rooms are at the front of the property they are also on the road side but night trim traffic is minimal.
