I had an excellent stay at this hotel in Zugdidi. The location is perfect, right in the city center, making it very convenient to explore the area. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety to start the day. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zugdidi!

Very cozy and quiet hotel away from the hustle and bustle. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The view from our room was ideal. Cleaning was done every day, towels were changed. A new bottle of water every day.

How can I describe this amazing place??? The view was to die for, the room was cozy, warm and had everything we needed, the wifi super strong. Breakfast was rich and tasty, the dinners were delicious, probably the best food we had in Georgia! Ok, those things are to be expected...What is not expected and came as a big surprise, is the warmth of the hosts, the friendly chats around the fire at night, the laughs after all thoise treats of chacha! Dear Tsodne and Georgi, thank you so much for everything! You made us feel like family! You are always welcome in our home, if you ever decide to visit! And we are sure to come back! We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment of it! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made us feel at home from the very beginning. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with an absolutely breathtaking view of Mestia and the surrounding mountains. Waking up to that scenery was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We also had the chance to dine at the hotel’s restaurant, and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was absolutely delicious, with generous portions and very reasonable prices. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, amazing views, delicious food, and genuinely warm hospitality. We had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended if you are visiting Mestia! You won’t regret it. ⭐️

Our room was upgraded to better room without extra cost. It’s a walking distance through a city market to the high street . The receptionist is very helpful. She suggested to eat in a very good restaurant and called a taxi when owe were leaving

Great view from the room over some ruins and an old monastery. I used the roof top bar which has an amazing 360 view of the town and mountains as my remote working office during the mornings as it wasn't being used, incredible view to work to. The owners were very helpful and friendly, and the breakfasts were great!

The stay at the hotel was simply amazing! The rooms are comfortable and clean, the atmosphere is warm and homely, and the location is excellent. Sophia, who welcomed us, was wonderful – she hosted us with a big smile, helped with everything, and made sure we felt at home. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mestia!

The location is outstanding, Mestia is just amazing. The hotel was still being constructed, but there was no noise. Host family super helpful, pleasant. Comfy bed.

The receptionist was very friendly. Since there was availability, she was able to upgrade our room. The breakfast was also very good and the room was nice and warm, with a great view:)

The best place to stay in Ushguli! If you are visiting Ushguli, look no further than Guesthouse "Stumari". Simon and Eto are amazing hosts who made me feel like family. I stayed for one night, and waking up in the morning to the most spectacular, breathtaking views of Lamaria Church and Mount Shkhara from my room was an absolute dream. The guesthouse also features a wonderful restaurant on the first floor with very delicious meals. Thank you, Simon and Eto, for going above and beyond to make my short stay so special! I will definitely return.

Very friendly staff and amazing service!

I stayed at Hotel Svanseti for just one day, and honestly, it was enough to see how special this place is. Sopho, the hostess, showed me true Georgian hospitality from the very start. She prepared one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had, simple, fresh, and full of flavor. The rooms were spotless, which really mattered to me because before coming here I had stayed at another hotel where the cleanliness disappointed me. I even checked a few more hotels in Mestia and had the same issue, but Svanseti finally matched my expectations. Sopho went out of her way to help me organize my 4-day hike in the mountains, making sure everything was planned right. They even let me turn on the heating, even though it wasn’t the season for it, something I really appreciated after long days outdoors. This place gave me a real example of authentic Georgian warmth and care. I will recommend Hotel Svanseti to everyone, and I’ll definitely return when I come back to Svaneti.

Absolutely amazing place to stay! The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, and the beautiful views of the Georgian mountains were simply unforgettable. The location is also perfect. I really enjoyed my stay and felt very welcome here. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again!
