We loved this place! First of all, super well organized pick up service from Karang border, which included a breathtaking motorbike ride on the beach to reach to Lodge. The place was super nice, calm, clean. Very good food, both breakfast, lunch and dinner. Stuff was kind, and welcoming. A little paradise!

Beautiful hotel, amazing views from the room. Quiet and peaceful with just the sound of the waves. Very clean. Comfiest bed ever in Gambia after being here many times. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Large TV with streaming channels which was great for cooling down after a day at the pool or beach. Good AC but also 2x fans in the room. Tea and coffee facilities in the room with full size fridge. Absolutely loved this hotel and kept extending our stay. Lovely pool area and access to private quiet beach. Hotel looks exactly as the photos advertised on booking.com

We had a very nice stay at afontas greenhouse retreat! The house is huge, and it was all just for the 4 of us. The garden/terrace is beautiful and you can enjoy the sun there :) The owner and her staff were really kind and helpful through Whatsapp and in person. It's a quiet place and you have to walk/drive a little bit to the main road. Definitely recommend staying there!

The staffs where very welcoming and helpful, fantastic experience all around, even late in night they be available to help. The location was also perfect, few minutes walking to famous Lamin Lodge. Local commuting was easy getting transportation. Close to the Airport. As first time staying, I recommend this place.
