Situated in Acharavi, Satori Boutique Hotel features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. Among the various facilities are an outdoor swimming pool, barbecue facilities, as well as a garden. What a gorgeous hotel! Dino and Maria, the owners, and their staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Our rooms were stylish, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the breakfasts, especially the coffee. (I enjoyed the cream pastries a little too much!) The pool area catered for sun and shade lovers alike with plentiful sun loungers. My husband took full advantage of the hammock. Lots of floats for the pool so plenty of opportunity to lounge around. A stones throw from the beach with its delightful tavernas, sun loungers and parasols, and five minutes from the centre of Acharavi, Satori Beach Hotel is in a great location. A real find, we can't wait to go back.

The fact that is was so quiet, yet still close to Gouvia town. We also enjoyed the bean bags in the swimming pool. Those were a nice touch! The lady at the front desk was very helpful in trying to locate our baggage which apparently did not found its way to Corfu like we did.
Offering views to the Ionian Sea, the family-run Hotel Eros is just across the street from Benitses Beach. It features air-conditioned rooms with private balcony. Staff at the Eros Hotel are fantastic (and I mean that, thanks for everything Alexandra!!), very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are cleaned daily and the rooms were much better than we expected for this price. The beach is right across the road and there is a bus stop to Corfu town 5 minutes walk up the road (bus takes about 40 mins). There are lots of bars, restaurants and supermarkets next to the Eros and you get free sunbeds on the beach if you order a drink from one of the bars along the strip- very reasonable prices. Watersports right across from the Eros hotel too, lots of fun- definitely do them!! The photos I've attached are the views from the terrace outside our room and the window at the back of our room. You can also rent scooters nearby (5 minute walk up the street) for €15 per day to tour Corfu island- well worth doing!

We couldn't have asked for more. We stayed for 3 nights, 4 days. We enjoyed every bit of them. The hotel premises were fabulous. We stayed in a garden view bungalow. But I wouldn't call it a garden view, we had a massive sea view! The room itself was very practical for 2 adults and 2 babies. It was not too far away from the main lobby or the beach (maybe a 3 to 4 min walk). We didn't mind; it was a very pleasurable walk. The main pool was very nice, well maintained, clean. We always managed to find chairs by the pool even when showing up in the afternoon. The beach area was good too. It was not a sandy beach, there lots of pebbles, but we managed even without beach sandals. The beach was busier than the pool, but still we always managed to find empty chairs, even in the afternoon. We loved the play area. It was very useful with a baby and a toddler. They always looked forward to spending time there. We didn't try the tennis court, so I can't comment on that. The food was so generous. There was the main restaurant and two snack bars (one by the pool and one by the beach), which would serve food all day long . So you would never be hungry and run out of food! There were ice-cream parlors and cocktail bars all day long too. Food was generous, delicious and served warm. I highly recommend the pasta and pizza restaurant by the beach. The A la Carte dinner was superb! The Staff even surprised us with a birthday cake as it was my little baby's first birthday! Finally the hotel's biggest asset is the staff! Everyone was super friendly and would go out of their way to help you. Thank you Aelos for the wonderful stay!
The most impressive think about the hotel is the "service level" we have experienced. Highly skilled personnel, always attending needs, always smiling even at tough moments where many people waiting to be served. Caring and proactive about customers' perceptions. It was evident that staff was so satisfied for doing their job, that conveyed this in any possible way to customers. The rooms were spacious, the cleaningless of the rooms extremely good. It looks like a friend hosting us. Every staff member, from waiters to mangers, working as a team to exceed the rather bad expectations from other peoples comments in Booking. What finally surprises us was that on Easter day the Maitre d' Hotel invited clients and personnel together to live the Corfu habit of breaking the pots for good luck, in a inseparable, intangible experience second to none. We have really enjoyed our stay despite the rather old fashioned rooms and commons. On our opinion- as 5 stars frequent travellers- it was the best value for money 5 stars hotel we have ever visited.
