The staff were so friendly! It was off peak season, and there were few of us checking in late and went to the pool late, the manager/owner allowed us to use the pool and sauna toll 9pm instead of 8pm hehe.

The hotel was amazing! If I would have to sum up my experience in one word it would be - comfortable. Comfortable beds, beach loungers, pool loungers, outdoor sofas on the terrace. The room was clean, the food was delicious. The staff was extra nice, even when having several requests like I did. The hotel has two open pools with bars so you can really enjoy sunbathing in peace. I will definitely stay again.

Hotel is amazing!!! The view is priceless, my husband and I enjoyed it. We had peaceful mornings with a stunning sea view. We also liked the convenience - it has parking. So we did not have to worry about our car at all! As soon as we arrived we ate at hotel restaurant and the food is so fresh and well prepared. The staff is extremely polite!! And that is the MOST important thing, lots of hotels have staff that are nervous and under stress during summer time and we, guests feel that. Hotel Aquilo staff were respectful, polite, and helpful!! Whatever we needed, we got it in no time. Whatever we asked, they explained. I really recommend this great place for all of you who want to explore Montenegro wild beauty but at the same time avoid crowd and mess. We will come back for sure. Thank you so much Hotel Aquilo!

Very nice place to stay either with family or with a partner. Great clean rooms, very friendly owners, the best food in Montenegro. We totally recommend! The only place to stay in Budva if you look for a piece od silence.

Very nice town.

Very nice town. Of course I have been there at the low seaon. Almost all restaurants were open and high quality (we ate at Adriatic) and the life was joyful. Those who will visit in the peak season will take into account the crowd. I am happy even in the low season.

Bečići is a quiet resort with a great beach. Clean sea, suitable for a relaxing holiday. There are cafes, shops, and a promenade for walks. Budva is easy to reach. A good choice for a peaceful vacation.

Overall, a great place, every recommendation for the hotel. Great stuff, great food. Beautiful place, a lot of attention paid to nature. I was particularly impressed by the olive trees in the yard, and the attention paid to their preservation.

From the sveti stefan bus stop, it’s very easy to get around...

From the sveti stefan bus stop, it’s very easy to get around, buses to Budva Old Town run every 20 minutes, cost €2.5 one way, and take about 20 minutes. Taxi from Tivat airport is around €55–60 and takes about 40 minutes. For food, we often bought frozen homemade dishes from a Ukrainian shop in Budva, which were really tasty.

Beach is perfect, smallest pabbels, clear waters great for sweeming. I’d come bavk for longer stay inwsrmer season. Right on the beach there are several restaurants with good food. My recomendation eould still be restaurant on the top , main road, named Kusto. During summer reservation is needed. I would deffinitelly take a walk to St Stefan beach (20-30min thru pine trees and great beaches Kings beach Milocher & St Stefan beach.

The little haven of an authentic garden, less than 5 minutes from a bustling seaside promenade and beach. Shade to be found all day, place to eat takeout, make yourself a cuppa, or chill with wine you’ve kept in fridge. The sincere hosts: friendly, helpful, available, but living next door so not ever-present. Glad we stayed here and at Rafailovici rather than Boudva - beach options better. ‘Rafailovici tourist office’ is good destination to give taxi on arrival as after that, take narrow street down on right and half way down you’re there. Without luggage the buses back and forth are convenient for Budva. Note Summer 2025 - roadworks between Budva (&Kotor) a nightmare ongoing road building possibly a year - this means significantly higher bus travel time /taxi quotes from airport (Around €60 for 50 min journey although also got €80 quoted). Key jiggling for room 2 a bit of a challenge but otherwise everything spotlessly clean, simple, and comfortable beds.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The apartments are truly exceptional – spacious, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with everything one might need. It is clear that great attention was paid to comfort and detail. The hotel itself is excellent, and it will be even better once the surrounding area is fully completed. At the moment, work is still ongoing on the future large parking area and the access to the sea. However, the price has been reasonably adjusted to reflect this temporary situation, which we found fair and transparent. Overall, a very positive experience and a place with great potential. We would gladly return.

The area of Becici was great for a nice beach holiday.

The area of Becici was great for a nice beach holiday. I didn’t like that every beach seemed to be allocated to a Hotel and we had to pay €30 for two beach lounges, but this was everywhere and I guess, just how it is done everywhere. We had a hire car so we were able to also visit Kotor, Tivat, Sveti Stefan and other areas, which were all within an easy drive. The exception being the major roadworks on the E65/80 to Tivat, but these will likely be completed by next summer.

Beautiful clear water for swimming, but the resort was very busy and touristy, full of cheap souvenir shops and pizza bars. The beaches were overcrowded with row upon row of expensive sunbeds and parasols.

Sveti Stefan is small enough to explore on foot, there is a pretty coastal walkway that is shaded at times. Whilst busy, the beach didn’t feel too overcrowded in August. The one supermarket is a bit pricey, consider taking some essentials with you
