I am in love with this hotel. We had great view from the room overlooking the Kotor bay. We’ve got big breakfast selection and enjoyed it literally by the water. The property is clean and nice and the personale is very welcoming. Truly dreamy holidays

Fantastic central location in the heart of Kotor old town with such beautiful, authentic rooms and the loveliest staff.

One of the best breakfast we ever experienced. Beautiful and calm city to stay and travel around. For active travelers there is a path to walk or run 8km just by the coast. You can enjoy the spa and swimming pool which is big enough to swim.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Santa Boca made especially memorable by the exceptional staff. We would like to give special thanks to Djuro and Mohamed, who were incredibly caring, supportive, and always went out of their way to make our stay special. Everyone was genuinely friendly and attentive, from the cleaning staff to the bar, kitchen, and breakfast team, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, in a great location, quiet, and offers a fantastic view. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return.

The hotel is accessible, new and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and bedroom. The staff was super friendly, the location is superb and the breakfast was amazing with a Montenegro option where we could taste some of the local specialities.
