MaltaVery clean accomodation that is a short 10min walk to the Plitvice lakes national park (tip: It is not marked on Google maps, but there is a path connecting the street infront of the hotel to the national park car park, so you can avoid walking along the main road).
We went off season so were the only guests staying, however the staff still gave us the option to have breakfast in the morning. Breakfast was great with a selection of breads, cereals, yoghurts, juices, cheeses and cold cuts, and freshly prepared eggs (fried/scrambled/omlette).
There is also a restaurant on site that serves very good food, but it may not be open every day during the low season. However there is also another restaurant near the entrance of the national park that does open everyday.
Room was huge and came with fireplace, a/c, and sauna, which were very welcome after a full day hiking out in the cold.
Minor point to note is that rooms are not cleaned daily. However the staff did ask us if we needed anything in the room.

LatviaGreat location, nice view to mountains, you can see a lot of horses and cows in mountains. Great entertainment for children. The staff was very friendly. If you are by car and would like to spend the weekend in nature or want to go to Plitvice National Park, it is a very good choice.

The breakfast was also very delicious.
The location is very good. It has a big parking and a lot of activities to do.

Beautiful place to visit.
Beautiful place to visit. A long walk from the parking to the entrance. Some of the signage was not clear so we didn’t really follow the path we had chosen and ended up walking farther than the map indicated. But all gorgeous and totally worth it!
We went in Entrance 2 and there are numerous opportunities for as long of a walk as you wish. It was all stunning!

We stayed in Grabovac as we wanted to visit Plitvice.
We stayed in Grabovac as we wanted to visit Plitvice. We booked our tickets a day before for 7am. I'm glad we went early as from 9am the park was very busy. We used entrance 2, for a longer walk (but not the longest), it was very good until we reached entrance 1 (by small ferry) which was extremely busy. I do not recommend entrance 1 as the queue for ferry was very very long. Generally avoid busy periods if you want to enjoy nature.

This is a great place to base yourself when visiting the Plitvice NP. We only did a one night stay on transit between Zagreb and Zadar. There are lots of different sights to see, so wish we had a few days. There are caves and more waterfalls to see outside the National Park. The main township was much bigger than we expected. Amazing area. We ate at the family owned restaurant in a big orange building on the Eastern edge of Korenica, Restaurant Sapena. Fabulous grilled trout, and the best grilled meat platter ever.

You really need several days to visit what that place has to offer. Don’t miss the Spelaton center and Barać caves. We been on Barac Traill race and the organizers really do the best of them. Also don’t miss the fast food in rakovica on road by the Apartment green park with delicious burgers.

This town is very close to Plitvice and a great place to stay for less money than the official Plitvice hotels. There are a couple of restaurants in town, Restoran Degenija serves delicious food, a bit upscale, though not too expensive. Most of the town is on the main road to Plitvice, so there is a lot of traffic.

Nice place to sta before or after visitin Plitvickie lakes, but to find good property for stay is very hard, good photos, but in reality not so good. checked several on the spot before stay, was disappointed on the most of them after comparing with booking. If you are planning to visit lakes my suggestion is to stay here before.

The location of the accommodation is just marvelous - the pure nature. Really relaxing and beautiful. We had a nice dinner (choices included meat or fish or veggie, I recommend fish!). Warm and approachable staff. Dinner was great, while you should expect that it is somewhat expensive. The (not so well documented) side-entrance to the Plitvice park is less than 10 minutes walk away. This allows for a very early entry (if you secure an early slot through online ticket sales). This is recommended, as the park gets busier later in the day.

I think this place for relaxing like our Carpathians in Ukraine. Calm, nature, views and just you (at least in the evening).
I stayed for one night because visited Plitvice lakes. For that trip in my opinion this place not very suitable - 8km from the park. You can get there just by car or taxi. There is no public transport or I don’t know about it.
Although I enjoyed my stay.

Like waking around a real Avatar-inspired Pandora, but a natural phenomenon. Actually, when it gets really busy, it does take on a more Disney feel, almost being conveyor belt "pushed" along the wooden walkways. But beautiful all the same
