Exceptional customer service. On my 1st day in India. I went to many ATM, only got through cash twice. However, my US bank emailed me to state I had 5 transactions. I had to contact my bank ASAP. But I could not make international collect call to reach them. I asked the hotel Duty Manager Mr. Suryakant Pandey to help. He kindly used his personal phone to call my bank directly and hold it for more than half a hour to wait for a representative to be available. Finally, I was able to talk to the bank representative. The problem was verified and solved! Very happy with the rarely found excellent customer service from Mr. Suryakant Pandey. His kind help was highly appreciated.

It is one of the best hotel in Gurgaon near to MG road metro station. Location is very centralized and ofcourse this hotel is absolutely amazing in terms of ambience and amenities. We enjoyed spa gym and the rooms were also very neat and clean beds were also very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and General Manager of Hotel Ms Veena Koul Ma'am is an amazing human being always taking care of minute details. The food was also great both multicuisine and Japanese. I highly recommend this hotel.

I love that place.

I love that place. I must say people should visit and must try civil line chole bhature, aravali hills and mamy more things about their interest and even they catch all the things in gurgaon they can go to Delhi and udaipur.

Loved the proximity to Delhi and Gurgaon. Loved the ability to enjoy nature and still be pampered by all the modern conveniences and amenities. This place is still unspoiled by commerce - so enjoy it before the whole world descends on this area and it is over run my commercial shops and concrete jungles.

The city has a few spots that are visit worthy, but rest of it is just a huge village with very poorly designed infrastructure. The roads just flood with tiniest of rain spells and most of the locations would have you fear for your safety during night.
