The accommodation was beautiful, I have never seen such clean rooms in India, it is certainly a European level hotel. The facilities are very modern. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel, this is also a plus point. The staff was very friendly and ready to help. You can see that the hotel is very well managed. We were really pleasantly surprised.

The property was beautiful and well maintained, and very close to the ghats. We loved how proactive the staff were. Richa helped us so much as we were stuck in traffic, to coordinate our stay and ensure it was comfortable. The food cooked at the property was absolutely delicious, and the best part is they can prepare breakfast for the group at any time. This was particularly helpful as we had to leave very early the next morning. We’d like to thank Richa, Praveen, Kuldeep, Uttam and Anil for the impeccable service. They went above and beyond to ensure our tired group was comfortable, and they did it with a smile on their faces! To top it off, they gave us ganga jal in beautiful containers to take home.

It’s location is perfect on the banks of river Ganga. The mansion has a very unique charm to it. Even though it’s a hotel, it had a very homely vibe and the rooms were beautiful. The food was authentic and yummy. We loved our stay.

I had a very pleasant stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and it even came with a radiator, which is very much needed in the winter months. The location was also very good, close to pretty much everything, and with plenty of nice restaurants nearby. But the very best about my stay here was the staff. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a great time there, and were always available.

I stayed here for 15 nights. The staff were helpful, well-mannered and very friendly. Property is within a 5-minute walking distance from Laxman Jhula, it’s a 4-storey building and is very clean. Plenty of facilities available, including a gym and swimming pool (although I didn’t use them). The breakfast at its Holy Oven is very tasty, which caters for both Indian and Western tastes. The room service meal delivery is very quick and is available 24-hours. I would not hesitate to come back to this wonderful hotel and its wonderful staff. Thank you for a great stay.

Liked? Loved everything! Kalam is the most helpful and friendliest person. Actually all the staff made the stay so welcoming and homey. Clean, good vibes, good food, great location. Booked 7th heaven again after my yoga training. It really is worth the money.

I booked a stay for parent for my Mother's birthday. The staff took such great care of making their stay special. They decorated the room, made all the arrangements they needed. The staff (especially Vivek) was very prompt , courteous and extremely helpful! Apart from the the location is very convenient, the views are great! They would love to come back for a stay!
