A large, upscale hotel. The breakfast is varied. The sauna is comfortable. There's plenty of water in the room. Good soundproofing. Good water pressure. We had a wonderful time at this hotel, and the Korean people are very friendly, hardworking, and honest. Thank you! ❤️

Amazing property, clean with amazing views and very comfortable. Staff was also incredibly helpful. I love how the rooms were thoughtfully designed and pretty much had everything you could possibly need. There’s an on-site GS25 too which was a great help for late night supper runs. Will be back (:

Exceptional property in a “resort” type set up. We stayed at the hotel, but there are two other beautiful building with apartment set ups. Everything is new and luxurious, very clean. We discovered the Shilla properties owned by Samsung through this first experience and love it. There is a bunch of restaurants (all great) on the estate that one can easily dine at. The beach is stunning - the most beautiful in Korea, very long and lined up with pine trees. My kids enjoyed the zip line attraction at its end too.

The hotel was clean and the staff were super friendly. The bedrooms had really nice en-suites and a huge TV. I was on the 6th floor so I also had a great view of Sokcho.

Clean. Quiet. Comfortable. There is a kitchen and dining area, a separate bedroom and the bath. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen (with dryer function - you need to get your own detergent though). There is a e-mart right next to the reception. Good choice of restaurants and grocery stores within five minutes walk. Beach and nice short hiking trail closeby as well. Got a good deal through booking.com so it was really good value.

The hotel is nicely located, not far from the local market and pavilion. We had a room with a view of the lake and the ocean, and the view—especially at sunrise—is truly stunning. The breakfast was excellent. Finally a hotel that offered not only a continental breakfast but also an Asian option. It was rich, varied, and really delicious. The bus to Seoraksan National Park stopped just a short walk behind the hotel. A 24-hour convenience store located directly in the hotel is also a big advantage.

The room has a great balcony we could watch the snow from. The kitchen is a great add-on.

Very new Hotel, located at the shore. Walking distance to seafood places. We booked access to family lounge, very nice concept for kids and adults. The hotel added a tent to the room, nice place to sleep for the kid and small gifts were found in the room as well. Game Arcade on the 5th floor includes even singing rooms. We used the infinity pool, super condition. Fantastic breakfast choices!
