Staffs were great, friendly and very responsive. Place is clean and located conveniently to all the amenities. Had a great time staying there for a week.

The hotel complex is close to several of the tourist sites in Jaffna (eg 15mins to the fort, 10mins to temples, etc.). It is on a busy street with restaurants and shops but when you’re in your room, you don’t hear that street noise. The room was large, super clean (and cleaned every single day!). I appreciated the kitchenette and there was even a jacuzzi in the garden patio area (though I didn’t use it this stay). Bathroom was decent size with good water pressure and hot water. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They organised an early breakfast packet for me since I went to Delft Island and had to leave around 6:45 (before breakfast). On one day there was a large breakfast buffet spread and following days à la carte breakfast menu. Food was delicious! I also ate dinner in the restaurant and their buffet was fantastic for options. Also WiFi was strong and worked throughout the entire area. Pool area was nice to relax.

I had a deluxe double room. The staff were amazing, especially Raymond on reception, he helped me with local information and renting a scooter. Was very caring. I arrived at 4am and no problem to check in then. I left at 8pm and late check out not a problem. Although dated the room was very comfortable with a window that opened, plenty of space and cupboards. A simple western or Sri Lankan Breakfast included. Location was excellent, close to market, centre of Jaffna and bus station. I really enjoyed my stay here, it was comfortable, safe and excellent value for money

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was helping me out whenever needed. They provided an excellent laundry service, too. The room was perfect, clean and quiet. The location of the hotel was perfect for me: close to the railway station, the temple and the beach.

Very central hotel. Lovely swimming pool. Bed was comfortable and the room big and cool, though somewhat tired in the decor. The new shower was the best so far in Sri Lanka - proper pressure and warm to boot!! The breakfasts were lovely - buffet style, hot and tasty. There was a lot of shouting going on in the kitchen which made for a very funny Fawlty Towers breakfast - everytime the waitress came out she was as cool as a cucumber, but when she went back, merry hell would break out!!!!!

This place is a gem. The moment you enter, you feel immediately relaxed and you learn the family history of this place. The pool is relaxing, and the dinner we ordered each night was easy and traditional Sri Lankan food. Our visit to Jaffna has been magical, and we are so thrilled that we chose to stay here. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are private and quiet. This is our first trip to Sri Lanka, but it won't be our last, and we will definitely be back.

The location was perfect - close to bus-and train station, 15 min walk distance Very good food, served by very friendly and helpful staff. We appriciated the bar at first floor where we could enjoy a cold beer. We were satisfied with the room - fan, cooler, shower with hot water

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Stay! Everything was perfect! The cleanliness was outstanding (10/10), the location was excellent and easy to access (10/10), and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The villa/guest house was comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the UK. I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved my experience in PJ Hotels. Staff were exceptionally caring, provided us with everything we asked for, directed us to all the land marks and tourist attractions in Jaffna. Similarly directed us for places where we could go for lunch/ dinner according to our needs. There was also a local place at 1-2 minutes walking distance, where we could buy food for the times we did not wish to go to a restaurant in Jaffna. The swimming pool was an absolute delight. The shallow end was good for those who wanted to just have a fun time but I love a swimming workout and there was no disturbance and there was a good length and depth. Rooms had excellent air condition, they were clean with facilities to make a cup of tea. There were plenty of sitting areas where you could sit down and read and felt comfortable to do so. Driver room was a plus.

I liked the cleanliness, comfort, and excellent service. The room and attached washroom were very clean, the bed was comfortable like a five-star hotel, and the TV was a nice addition. Although I paid a small amount, the quality exceeded my expectations. I especially appreciate the staff member Dilu, who was very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my entire stay. He guided me on places to visit in Jaffna and showed excellent customer service skills.
