What a fantastic stay ! Friendly people, good food and nice location! Loved having coffee on the balcony at sunrise! Would like to have some coffee creamer also in the room though! But the view was perfect!

The property is clean. From the outdoor through the reception area and the room I stayed in was so clean. The property has a modern standard which I love. And the staff at Scarlett Apartments are so welcoming, friendly and respectful. Bill at the reception desk helped me to ordered food for me which I really appreciate of him. And also thanks to the young receptionist who helped ordered a car for me for an early checkout on the 26/12/2025. My standard studio room was so comfortable I decided to stayed in instead of changing to my second day Deluxe Room. I felt so comfortable staying here and moving forward I will continue to stay here each time I am in Monrovia. Warmest thanks to the management team and staff for bringing such an amazing property into Monrovia.

I love the fact that the property had everything I would miss in Australia such as the gym, rooftop bar and not to forget the amazing swimming pool. I will definitely be staying here again whenever I go to Liberia.

Excellent! A highly recommendable place to stay at, clean, very safe, with friendly and most attentive and helpful staff. When my wife got sick, the hotel made every effort to help us with everything practical, including driving us in their own car to a good hospital at four o'clock in the morning. Everyone at the hotel showed great concern for my wife, and she is now well again. I have returned there twice, and each time I can see that the hotel has improved facilities such as the beach even further. Highly priceworthy with good communications to both Monrovia center and Buchanan.
