We recently stayed at this newly opened hotel and had a fantastic experience. The apartment layouts are spacious and come with brand-new furniture, including a full-size kitchen, which was a great convenience. The cleanliness was impeccable, with daily housekeeping ensuring everything was spotless. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to start the day right. The swimming pool with its lovely view was a perfect spot to relax. An added bonus is the hotel's partnership with Bella-Vista, allowing guests to enjoy their well-maintained beach area, complete with high-quality sunbeds, towels, and umbrellas. The staff were incredibly nice, friendly, and always supportive. Although we were initially concerned about potential construction noise due to some reviews, it turned out to be a non-issue for us. We've been leaving on the low flour, but still weren't bothered by outside noise at all. The on-site restaurants were also a delight, offering delicious meals in the same building. Overall, this hotel is a wonderful choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I highly recommend it!

I and my husband loved everything. From the minute we arrived at the reception, the staff were excellent. So many guests arriving at the same time, but they kept their smile and handled the check in with efficiency. Cleaning staff everywhere, making sure the hotel is clean. Housekeeping staff excellent. Language was not a barrier, as those who don't understand English try to communicate in other ways or get a colleague who does. The foooood.. dining in 3 areas of the hotel. So you had a choice of where to eat. A big applause to the Head Chef and all his staff, they were absolutely exceptional. I am African, and sometimes it's difficult to eat outside, but we found ourselves enjoying the food as it was very varied. The pool area was lovely, the gardens well tended. The bars kept the drinks and water flowing.. For such crowd of guests, it was absolutely amazing stay. Oh! not forgetting, the carers for the children club, marvellous. Kept the children busy while the parents relax. Finally, the evening activities were relaxing and entertaining. Iberostar Bellevue, we shall be back! Please keep the standard

Beach is 5-6 minutes walking, old town is like 8-10 minutes walking… breakfast was just okay nothing special. AC is amazing as well as wi fi in rooms and lobby … Sure will book Atina again in the future

The location is pretty close to the beach and you can take a nice stroll up to the old town that takes around 25 minutes - it is a very nice spot as you can pass by a big part of the coast-line nightlife and is very safe as cars are not allowed and people are walking around. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious and it was cleaned daily. The hotel staff in the reception were the best. They held on to our luggage on checkout because we were leaving later and we were able to enjoy the pool in the meanwhile.

Everythin was superb. Location, beach, breakfast, seaview room, Parking and kids loved the indoor Spa and swimming.

Great room and view. The spa wasn’t anything amazing, but it was nice to warm up there in the spring — especially for a good price.

This is a great hotel. 2 minutes walk distance from old city. Close to the beach and restaurants. They have a nice restaurant and live music as well. Breakfast was really good. Quality of food was very good. Very nice staff. I high recommend this hotel.

Well located between Buddha and Sveti Stefan. Amazing rooms, super clean and comfy. The staff offered us our minibar consumption and gave us a gift after checking out. Strongly recommend !

All the hotel staff could speak English sufficiently, so you could communicate easily with everyone. Additionally, each staff member was very helpful. The rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was more than sufficient. In terms of location, the hotel was in a great spot, allowing you to explore all of Budva on foot. I recommend the sea-view rooms for couples—the view that greets you in the morning is truly beautiful. Thank you for everything!

Location was perfect. Cafe and restaurants are all nearby. With lots of variety - from seafood to burger and tortilla. All the staffs are very nice and helpful - kitchen, waiter, cleaning lady, reception and owner. Our favorite beach is 5 minutes away walk. Kamenovo Beach is fantastic. The hotel is definitve a boutique hotel. Very unique and stylish.

We got upgraded to a bigger room and free parking garage. The breakfast was also good only a bit limited options.

Excellent location, in old town, very close to restaurants and shops. Wonderful service and the breakfast is just sublime. Big thank you to Mirac our breakfast waiter. We were a big group and he was super attentive. Wonderful birthday surprise in my room …… I absolutely loved it all.
