- From $316.04 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.0Wonderful - What previous guests thought, 928 reviewsThe hotel is charming and beautiful. It's centrally located in Old Town Kotor close to all touristic attractions and the beautiful port. We are celebrating our anniversary and we were greeted with a bottle of wine and a note with a nice message. The room turned out to be very comfortable, clean and safe. The bed was also confortable. They pay attention to details, the sheets and towels have a good fragrance. The staff is very professional, friendly and attentive. I want to recognize and thank all the staff for their attention, especially Anđela, Nikoleta and Draginja, for all her help prior our trip. Breakfast is in their beautiful restaurant and is succulent. The ladies and the gentlemen in the restaurant are also friendly, attentive and professional. My appreciation to all of them. I have to add that we couldn't go to the breakfast in two occasions because we were tired and needed to rest and the ladies in the front desk told us that we can have the breakfast even though it was late. We were received at the restaurant with a complete breakfast and a great attention. Also we want to express our appreciation to Milenko, our driver in Kotor, a nice and professional gentleman who is a good representation of the people in Montenegro. He picked up us in Podgorica and at the end of our stay he transferred us to the airport. He also gave us a tour to Budva, Stevi Stefan and other beautiful places in Montenegro. Kotor is a beautiful and safe city with very friendly people.Guest review byIngridPuerto Rico
- From $216.54 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.0Wonderful - What previous guests thought, 1,751 reviewsWe loved the location - although our room was a little distance from the main hotel in a different building, it was quiet, with a great view and a lovely walk to breakfast each morning. We also thought the staff were fantastic - Adis on Reception was incredibly helpful and responsive, and sadly we never had the name of the porter who helped with our luggage and enthusiastically talked to us about rakija but he was wonderful!Guest review byKateBermuda

The hotel staff are exceptional, and Vladana always greeted us with a smile and went out of her way to help us numerous times. Another staff member worth noting is Petar, a server who was so friendly and accommodating.Guest review byPamCanada

Beautiful place to visit, but extreme madness in August.
Beautiful place to visit, but extreme madness in August. Traffic and parking are absolutely impossible. Paid garage closes at midnight, so you have no choice but to leave earlier. We did a small group boat tour to the blue cave...nothing special. Avoid the hassle. Our location was too far, and it took 3 hours back and forth, with a short 15-minute swim at the cave, and a crazy, bumpy, uncomfortable ride back and forth. Not recommended if you have neck or back pain. We are young and fit and found it not relaxing at all.Guest review byValentina TurriItaly - 10.0

Perast is a small town filled with enormous natural beauty, tantalising stairwells to explore, beaches to relax on, and with many many ice-cream vendors, bars and restaurants on the water's edge to replenish yourself and soak it all in.Guest review byvanessaAustralia - 8.0

A very small peaceful place in the Kotor Bay.
A very small peaceful place in the Kotor Bay. We were there in August and there was no public events, parties, or other entertaining options. You have only few local stores, a bakery, few restaurants, and a beach to enjoy. The only road leading through Prcanj is pretty very stressful to drive it. It is very narrow and windy with blind corners and yes, count with many stops and much longer ride because of busy traffic. If you need more contents, Kotor is a very nice city to visit nd not so far.Guest review byMima F.Germany - 8.0
Good self catering apartment equipped with basic kitchen...
Good self catering apartment equipped with basic kitchen utensils for cooking. Would be helpful to have some necessities such as cooking oil, salt and pepper, which guests staying only a few nights as we did, are unlikely to purchase. Two double bedrooms and two bathrooms means the apartment would be particularly good value when shared between more than one family. Good base for exploring Boka Bay, though there are options closer to Kotor if this is your main reason for visiting. All in all we found the apartment a great base for our short trip. The pool area was lovely with sensational views. We would have liked to know that there was no cafe/ bar on site however, as the photos showed, as this was part of the reason we chose this particular apartment. During the day we ate at Tramontana Beach Bar which was lovely - a bonus was the children’s play area. We had a day out exploring Boka Bay with a private hire boat company - Taxi Boat 65. We found this to be an excellent way to make the most of our short time there and our skipper to be very knowledgeable and informative. On this day we ate at Ribarsko selo - a fish/ seafood restaurant accessed by boat. The setting was beautiful and the food wonderful. You do need to book ahead.Guest review bySamanthaSerbia - 8.0

The old town is busy and buzzing but with big groups of tourists wandering around. There was a lot of music with a romantic atmosphere. Local supermarkets were packed & stressful to visit. The cable car has stunning views but at quite a price! The cable car shuttle bus is expensive - may be worth getting a taxi. We got stranded at the top when rain stopped the cable car running. Then the return bus was delayed & the taxi drivers tried telling us the bus had broken down! Lots of waiting around it took the whole day in the end.Guest review byElizabethUnited Kingdom - 10.0

A beautiful little town - relaxed, historic and picture perfect. Love that they have stopped cars entering the town. Restaurants along waterfront were all excellent, staff polite, helpful and spoke good English. Easy boat taxis to Our Lady of the Rocks. Seems to be a popular destination wedding venue, especially at weekends, but this just adds to the buzz of the town. Love love love Perast!! Two days is perfect.Guest review byHelenAustralia - 10.0
Nice small place, great with family with children.
Nice small place, great with family with children. Small beaches, nice and quiet. City center is small but has a nice park and you can find great cafe with excellent cakes. There are restaurants on the seashore that has nice food. There is also museum "Rimski mozaici" that we didn't visit cause it wasn't working but we heard it is great.Guest review byNadezdaSerbia - 10.0

Dobrota is a quiet place located in the municipality of Kotor. It is a perfect place to stay if you want a quiet vacation and peace. The water is crystal clear, calm, and good for swimming, but there are not many sandy parts. There is no crowd by the sea because there are many locations where you can place your towel and take a swim. There is not enough shade, except in the beach bar or hotel bar. There are a few restaurants/beach bars, two markets, one bakery and that is all you need. The place is long and the waterfront stretches all the way to Kotor, so you can walk along its entire length. Food is pretty good in every restaurant. Daily temperatures are not too high because the place is surrounded by hills.Guest review byMarinaSerbia
