Most adventurous way to get to Etoko Farm, at least when you are using just a regular car and not a 4WD ;-). It is really in the middle of nowhere with no distraction and just the personnel and some people from the villages around. We loved the tradion of "holy fire", sitting outside, watching at the Brandberg and talking with the locals. To find this place is a bit tricky, but we asked for the way and have got a good description.
Pls. note, that there is NO WIFI and not very simple to get hot water for shower. So do just expect kind of outback in Nambia - which we expected and therefore were very satisfied with this place :-)

Very friendly staff. Next to the property is Himba Village, which seems very authentic. We spent a night in a tent which has it’s own bathroom and a small terrace with stunning view.

We got our keys from the very friendly host on site. comfy beds with mosquito nets and lots of space to eat and to prepare food in the kitchen. the patio is very nice and in the shade in the afternoon. It was perfect for 2 couples and in a safe environment. the whole house seemed very newly build. We would definitely recommend coming here!

Everything from the the friendly staff at reception and the restaurant to the comfort of the rooms was excellent. It's a pityy we didn't get to see the elephants....but that's nature. They move around. There's a very cute little resident meerkat who loved tummy tickles 😍
