The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, close to the beach. The location is very convenient for sightseeing and for going out to restaurants at night. The area feels safe to walk around, even in the evening. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. When my shuttle bus to the airport didn’t show up, they quickly arranged a car for me, and I was able to catch my flight on time. Their cafe is also nice.

The staff was amazing, they were very helpful and communicative and interactive, they booked all the activities for us, the hotel is very well located, the room was spotless, with an amazing view of the Lagoon, 5he breakfast is very diverse and delicious. What a spectacular setting. We had a bungalow facing the sea, view was superb. Every comfort and facility provided. Breakfast in a very well appointed central bungalow was delicious with freshly cooked pancakes a real treat. We needed to leave early and the staff came early to provide us with a full breakfast. No restaurant but plenty nearby, we had a delightful meal at a local restaurant within walking distance.

Breakfast was super and the view stunning. Even as an Namibian we loved the food and the view. Staff super friendly, helpful and very neat. Rooms were clean and had stunning view of Spitzkoppe. Could not get down the bridge because of hight and had a kind guard who assisted. Management could not be better. Kind, welcoming, friendly and went out of their way to make every moment remember-bale. A super stay.
