From when I checked in the stall at reception was very friendly. I went up to my room and love it! The space, the facilities were great.

All was fine. Free parking places. Staff was attentive and helpful

We enjoyed a large room with 2 double beds pushed together.= the largest bed we ever slept in. Of course it was hard, as the vast majority of African beds are. There was a great, large shower with good water pressure and temp. adjustment, a large, well equipped kitchenette with plenty of counter space. Plenty of counter space to fully open our luggage. Included was a voucher for a yummy breakfast at a restaurant that was just steps away. A welcoming and very helpful staff. A very good value in a safe, convenient location!

We spent here the last night/day before the departure. It was the perfect place to stay after checkout to have lunch and to chill on the beautiful terrace. The staff was very helpful & friendly.

The place is exceptionally clean, just in the centre, 5 minutes to and from the mall. The workers were very friendly and ensured that our stay was awesome. The meals were affordable and well done. The shower was spacious as well.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing. I have never experienced before such a perfect assortment and European-oriented cuisine.

We came as Guests and left as Friends! We needed to receive and print documents and with one phone call, Charmaine (at Front Desk) went above and beyond to have everything ready and delivered. Breakfast was fresh every morning and great care taken to our comfort while enjoying afternoon drinks in the shade of the beautiful big trees. Thank you for making the start of our Family Vacation so special. Definitely on my 'accommodation list' for the next visit.

Highly recommend! Everything was perfect. The room was excellent, very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything. The location was great. I had a wonderful stay!

This was the most beautiful part of my 9-day journey in Africa. First of all, the location of the lodge felt sacred, overlooking the vast African savanna. During the 6:30 a.m. safari, the moment the orange-red sunrise illuminated the land, I was moved to tears. I felt my soul return to its pure essence, no identity, no role, no agenda. In that moment, there was only me, the earth, and the animals. I wasn’t going anywhere. I wasn’t trying to become anyone. I was simply being. The staff were also incredibly kind and welcoming. On my first night, I arrived exhausted, but the smile of the staff at the entrance felt like someone saying, “Welcome home.” After sunset, as I was walking alone from my room to the restaurant in the dark, I met a female staff member who gently said “Company, company.” Then a male staff member walked with me all the way to the restaurant. That gesture deeply touched me. Later during dinner, it was a windy night and I was feeling cold. One of the female staff members kindly offered me a blanket, a small act of care that made me feel truly seen. When I returned to my room, I discovered it had been quietly turned down and made ready for sleep. That small surprise made me smile. It’s these quiet, thoughtful gestures that make me want to come back again.

The property is very convenient and very clean

The farm was so nice stop to relax after longhaul flight! This place is for those who loves animals! Staff was really kind, and made a lot efforts for us. Room was clean and we had a lot space. The pool was clean, but there was no sunchairs.

Karolina on reception was excellent and particularly helpful. The Lodge we had was well equipped clean and comfortable.

Loved everything about this property. The staff were incredible and the facilities top notch in both comfort and style! The rooms are spacious. The linen top quality. The beds are possibly the most comfortable we have ever slept in and the pillows too were amazing. No expense has been spared when it comes to guest comforts. The gardens are magnificent despite being in the middle of a drought. Clean, tidy and everything is so well thought out. I would not hesitantly for a minute to book again or recommend the property!

The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The food was very delicious and the place is absolutely beautiful.

The shower tap in room 107 has no pressure and the water takes its time to heat up. Thanks
