Everything about the Windhoek Garden Boutique Hotel is simply perfect. I arrived after being released from Hospital as I had had an accident while on a cycle tour around Namibia. Im from New Zealand. The staff were exceptional, absolutely went above and beyond to help me and assist in my recovery. The grounds are an absolute delight to walk or to just simply sit under one of the amazing jaccaranda trees was pure bliss. Helpful staff, great restaurant food, made for a wonderful recovery place to be. I would go back and stay there in a heartbeat. The linen, the towels, the bedding all top quality. My kinda place for sure. The reception staff were always so helpful even to the point of organizing taxis so I could travel to the supermarket, or when I was feeling better and wee tour around Windhoek. I actually ended up staying for 19 nights as I was unable to fly due to my punctured lung, The wonderful Manager and all the staff became an amazing family to me.

Our stay at Habitas Namibia was truly something extraordinary. The lodge itself is stunning – luxurious rooms with a view that doesn’t even feels real. Every morning and evening gave us magical views over the landscape, and the food was absolutely incredible, full of exciting flavors and beautifully presented dishes. But what really made this trip unforgettable was our safari guide, Moses. As a photographer, I’ve been on a few safaris before, but Moses’ professionalism, dedication, and incredible tracking skills were on another level. He went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience. Not only did he find the animals, but he also made sure we always saw them in the perfect light for photography. The attention to detail and care he put into every sighting was just outstanding. I couldn’t have asked for more, and I’m so grateful for the photos and memories we took home. A huge thank you also to the rest of the staff, who constantly made sure we felt well taken care of. Small touches, like surprising us with hot chocolate and a warm smile after a slightly chilly evening safari, made us feel truly pampered and at home. You can tell that everyone at Habitas Namibia is passionate about creating a warm and personal experience for their guests. This is a place I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking both adventure and relaxation.

The place was stunning. A little Oasis in the desert. Staff was super friendly and attentive. My room was comfortable with a super large and comfy bed. I slept like a dream with no noise, just nature at my door. The food was excellent, although I was not that into the game meaty dishes served. Just my personal preference. The game drive was so informative, but I wish I could have been on more than one occasion. The shuttle service was well appreciated. Thanks to Petrus and all staff for making my stay memorable and enjoyable. Ps....I am going to miss my Virgin Mogito's. Till next time as I will be back.

Love the size of the room, very spacious and lots of mirrors which is handy for 2 women sharing a room to get ready. The pool was a lovely space. The food was excellent, we had lunch by the pool, pizza for tea with their pizza oven and breakfast, all great value and taste. Actually really impressed. All staff we encountered were lovely too.

Oh my gosh. This place blew us away. We had just finished a 3 week trip around Namibia and I was nervous that after such stunning accommodation all over Namibia, it would be hard to top. But Droombos absolutely nailed it. Great food, stunning stunning rooms (we stayed at the farmhouse and in the vineyard)

The people were friendly and assisting when asked questions about the area and its places of interest. Sicilia restaurant the food was delicious, the pizza was the best. To get around town we took a walk, it was safe.

The room was extremely comfortable and we would have loved to spend more time here. We booked the sunrise drive which was one of the highlights of our trip to Namibia. The sunrise went on forever and our guide was very informative. Surprisingly we were the only ones who chose the option that morning. The only downside was the restaurant. While the food was OK we had to sit inside next to a large mobile air conditioner. One staff member would move it so it didn’t blow directly on us and another would move it back. It was so strong it kept blowing our plastic water bottle over. A bit more sensitivity would have been welcome.

Besides what I already said, I really appreciated the good reading lights at the beds. So often the bed lights are useless. Namibgrens caters for everything, within a beautiful scenic surrounding. There is just no end!

i loved how safe the place is.

i loved how safe the place is. Our kids are young aged 7,4 and 2 years old. At first i was sceptical about them sleeping at the Gypsy wagon alone whilst we were in the other cabin about 20 meters away from them. But the kids actually enjoyed sleeping alone. Everything is just so perfetct and the creativity is on another level.

The museum is an amazing tribute to the people of Namibia...

The museum is an amazing tribute to the people of Namibia and a stark reminder of humanity's ability for cruelty. I think it is worth visiting for both citizens and visitors to the country. The restaurant on the 4th floor is a hidden gem. Great setting and excellent service

We stayed in this location mainly to visit Sossusvlei which is further south. Solitaire itself is a charming but tiny settlement - only a few buildings and a petrol station, however it has an amazing cafe serving "the world's best apple pie" and it was! Solitaire is about a 20 minute drive from Soft Adventure Camp at the Namib Naukluft Lodge.

We loved everything, the quietness, the beautiful tree lights at night, the coziness of the facility. They have such kind and helpful hosts. We enjoyed the search for our treasure too.💫 Unfortunately we didn't explore enough of everything, and we'll be back for that.🤞🏾

Walking through the town felt safe.

Walking through the town felt safe. It is very clean, and people are friendly and helpful. The taxi, Lefa is brilliant! We used them quite a bit whilst here. We found the malls are impressive! The park in town was a breath of fresh air, clean and well policed. The people within the museums are informative and wow, they are free!

SOlitair mountain lodge is a beautiful lodge with an...

SOlitair mountain lodge is a beautiful lodge with an incredible setting. they have a beautiful pool and watering hole close by which brings animals in such as zebra and Gemsbok/Oryx. The rooms were comfortable and large and the space is neat and well maintained. friendly staff made it extra easy to check in. We definitelywould stay and extra night at this lodge.

The place is well situated and conveniently isolated to provide maximum enjoyment, the view is picturesque and calm. You have the freedom to prepare the food and enjoy it in a space that is well-organized and sufficient within one's needs. Easy access to the place with a small scenery to and from the place and one can also go on a sightseeing drive on good roads. The place is beautiful, excellently designed, well maintained and provides an exclusive intimate environment.
