Right from the staff at arrival outside, to staff at reception, the ladies and gents taking care of our rooms, restaurants staff especially Helen the manager of Bukka Hut, and so many others, the standard was exceptionally consistent all through our 4 nights there. There was not one thing that was left out. They managed to make each person feel special. My husband and I will be back for sure. Highly recommended and very good value for money

From the moment I walked into the reception, I knew I had made the right choice. The whole process was smooth and unhurried, and every member of staff I encountered in those first few minutes was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive, setting the tone for everything that followed. My room was the first place that really won me over. It was beautifully furnished, with modern, elegant décor that struck the right balance between luxurious and comfortable, the kind of space where you can dress up for dinner but also collapse onto the bed in your travel clothes and feel completely at home. Everything was spotless, right down to the small details, and the bed itself was incredibly comfortable, genuinely one of the best night's sleep I've had while travelling. If I had to pick a favourite spot in the whole hotel, though, it would be the swimming pool. It quickly became my go-to place to unwind, clean, peaceful, and clearly well maintained, with none of the usual noise or crowding you sometimes get at hotel pools. The pool bar made it even better: great drinks, excellent service, and just the right relaxed atmosphere to make every visit there feel like a little escape rather than a quick dip. The food deserves its own mention entirely. Every meal I had was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, you could tell the kitchen takes real pride in what they send out. Breakfast in particular had a great variety, enough to keep things interesting every morning of my stay, and the restaurant staff were consistently courteous and attentive without ever feeling intrusive. Beyond the room, the pool, and the food, what really struck me was just how tastefully the entire hotel is designed. Elegant interiors, premium furnishings, and a calm, luxurious ambience run through every corner of the property, from the lobby to the outdoor spaces. Everything felt impeccably clean, secure, and well cared for, which added to the overall sense of ease throughout my stay.

The location is well secured, light is steady, clean apartment with all the modern facilities. Complimentary breakfast is nice. It is a top notch apartment.
