This was my first time here, and I had a truly pleasant stay. Jennifer, the Front Office Supervisor, and her team ensured all my needs were promptly attended to. When the AC in my room was not cooling properly, it was quickly resolved without stress. I also requested Lipton instead of green tea, and she personally made sure I got exactly what I preferred.
