The staff were so helpful in sorting out tours and transport arrangements. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good but the staff were the stars of the show being so very helpful and making calls for us to the bus company and arranging tours.

They offer a really good package that includes accommodation for 2 nights, a canyon tour and meals. The family were super nice and the place was very clean. Food was typical and traditional but really nice. It’s directly across from the canyon park and the bus stops outside the door. They were also happy to give us a lift in and out of town in the evening to grab beers and use an ATM.

The family running the hostel is so kind and warm. They try to accommodate all your needs. The food they serve is local and tasty. Simple facilities but functional. Located in a quiet area surrounded by cows, horses, dogs, chickens, cats... it's a nice countryside experience. They have a porch where you can relax after exploring the canyon or riding a horse.

Location was perfect! Right in Somoto canyon and the nature is amazing. Breakfast was a super good, a typical Nicaraguan breakfast. The staff was so friendly and took care of us super well!
