Very clean, comfortable room. Some artistic elements in the room. Kind, welcoming staff. Easy parking as well. Shower was well equipped, excellent products provided. Shampoo, etc. Many new items in the room (fridge, etc).

We stayed for 2 nights. It is the best accommodation I’ve ever stayed in NZ. The architecture was beautiful, the room was clean,comfortable and stuffs were very kind.They have cute alpacas and sheep. We really enjoyed staying there. I hope to visit again.

Where to begin! We absolutely loved everything about the high tree chalets, the hosts have very clearly thought about every little aspect and detail and tailored this to be not just a stay but an experience. My partner and I visited for our honeymoon and were wanting to relax, unwind, slow down, and spend intentional time together and the high tree chalets were exactly what we were needing. We were able to slow down and really take in the beauty of everything! We loved the attention to detail, the location and the hosts Sonya, Mark and Casey truely went above and beyond!

It is a charming, lovingly refurbished and decorated flat that seems transported directly from the English countryside. Although the house is on the main road, the studio is at the back of the building and very quiet. You can walk to the city centre, but it takes time, so it is better to go by car.
